4-Star Hotels in Dusseldorf

The room was clean. There was a microwave and a simple kitchen but no pot. I really like their bed and towels. They are super comfortable. The toilet and the room are a bit small but very good.

We come to this hotel every year, and we can see the facilities in the room degrading. The were fine around 2016 to 2019, after covid lock down, when we were back in 2023, still good, and 2024, fine. Till this year, 2025, the toilet flush is half broke, shower head is not in good condition. Breakfast service is shrank, no more take away coffee cups.

travelling to Germany is, in general, like taking a time machine to mid last century. You can find in modern hotels here what anywhere else would be surplus electronics, if not vintage already. With that, the place is fine. I asked for bath tub and i also got that.

The staff are courteous and friendly and the breakfast is very tasty. It is convenient to arrive and depart from the central Station and also close to shopping, dining and sightseeing. I really liked the design and the ambience in the hotel because they don't have loud music (it was very pleasant).

It’s a little boutique hotel 5 minutes from the main station , I found it reasonably priced and while the rooms are not the biggest they are comfy , the aircon is not the best but you can ask for an extra fan at reception , location is good so there are more plus’s than negatives

The room was great and the room service was prompt and friendly. All the staff were cool and really nice, especially the assistant front office manager on duty on the morning of 2 May and the front office person who spoke a bit of Japanese. The location is perfect, right opposite little Tokyo, and near a great ramen place with good bubble tea options for Asians like us.

It’s located in 5 mins walk from central station.They updated my room to an apartment with mini kitchen which was good but I just stayed in my room rather than going to Lidl near by because it’s raining. However, the wall is very thin. There were young travelers who were noise till 1pm. I could hear banging noises to close the bathroom and wardrobe doors. I visited Düsseldorf from Sat to Sun. Supermarkets and kiosks are closed on Sunday but there was a big market buy the river where old books, arts, vinyl records you can buy. It’s only 10mins walk from this hotel and was good experience.

Good location for events.  Prices at the bar are excessive. For a aperol/little in a 0.2 l glass with a lot of ice 12€.  Personal at reception super friendly.

The breakfast at the hotel is very good, I like it very much, the variety is good, the taste is good. My room was found to have obvious stains on the bed at the night of check-in. Due to the late time, I can only deal with it sloppyly. Serve the little brother, and he said that he immediately handled all the room hygiene, which is very satisfactory.
