Parking is expensive, costing €25, and there's no elevator directly to the guest rooms; you have to climb stairs. Ground-level parking is a matter of luck; you might find a spot if you're lucky.

SSR99Fuss free check-ins and can’t complain about the rooms - it was sufficient. They do offer earlier breakfast hours (4am onwards) but I did not take them so I don’t know how it is this might be helpful for those going for early flights! Location is near the airport but far from everything else tho it is a small city after all. Quite affordable option nonetheless and had a smooth check-in experience.

It's more of a boutique hotel than just a hotel.
It's located on a quiet, cosy street within walking distance of the main attractions.
The room was huge, with a fully equipped kitchen and three small balconies, and the bathroom was also large.
The room was clean and well soundproofed, considering that our room was located near the lift - we did not hear any extraneous noises.
The room had three large windows, which could be closed from the outside with automatic blinds.

The apartment was easy to find. The self check in didn’t work for me as I arrived early, however after calling and speaking with the staff I was able to access the community space until my room was ready. The facilities there are relaxing and comfortable.
The room was self contained and had everything needed for a home from home experience.
I would definitely recommend and will be staying there again.

The air conditioning does not meet the standards for a 4* hotel. The rooms are very warm, even without heating in winter, so using the air conditioning during the night is quickly necessary. Unfortunately, this cannot be used due to excessive noise production.
The beds are far too short by European standards.

A nice boutique hotel that has a modern edgy personality. It is away from the main buzz of Konigsalle and there are shops (eg. dm, cosmetic shops) and eateries nearby. It's 3min walk from the U-Bahn station or 5min walk to bus stop. Room size is cosy and adequate for single occupancy. Staff is friendly and facilities are relatively new.

Guest UserIt’s located in 5 mins walk from central station.They updated my room to an apartment with mini kitchen which was good but I just stayed in my room rather than going to Lidl near by because it’s raining.
However, the wall is very thin. There were young travelers who were noise till 1pm. I could hear banging noises to close the bathroom and wardrobe doors.
I visited Düsseldorf from Sat to Sun. Supermarkets and kiosks are closed on Sunday but there was a big market buy the river where old books, arts, vinyl records you can buy. It’s only 10mins walk from this hotel and was good experience.
