KKenneth Camillerilocation is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The cleanliness was meticulous, the facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained, and it offered great value for money. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

GGuest UserWe were greeted for our 3 night stay, by the friendliest and most helpful reception staff we have come across. Denisse and (not sure on the spelling)Lili, went out of their way to help us with any questions we had about the area and with a smile.
Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming.
The bed was comfortable and having the choice of a firm or soft pillows, was a nice touch.

SSezD0720Found out at 23:30 at the airport that the hotel isn’t 1km away but actually 2.5km, which when you are tired from a day’s travelling, it makes it a bit stressful.
Had no problem with the staff - very friendly.
Breakfast is actually in the hotel next door! Buffet style. As I’m incredibly self conscious about eating in public, I just had a coffee, so I shouldn’t have bothered paying for breakfast when neither myself nor my son ate. Shame really.

Www521The hotel is relatively new and convenient for transportation. It is about 10 minutes' drive from the Düsseldorf Exhibition Hall. The breakfast is quite rich, but the cost is a bit high during the exhibition.

ZZHENGRONGThe breakfast at the hotel is very good, I like it very much, the variety is good, the taste is good. My room was found to have obvious stains on the bed at the night of check-in. Due to the late time, I can only deal with it sloppyly. Serve the little brother, and he said that he immediately handled all the room hygiene, which is very satisfactory.

AAnonymous UserFirst time traveling with friends and staying in a four-people room, it was a nice experience! Room was compact with a double bed, a bunk bed, a table, some chairs, private bathroom with shower, towels and bed linen. The public area around the reception had plenty of working spaces, tables, some games like table football and a designated kids are. Hostel was 15 min from Little Tokyo, good to walk to but also some trams go near the hotel - a bit of walking is required but the area seemedsafe and quiet!
