Dusseldorf Hotels with Bars

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. On the first day, the air conditioner in our room was not working. We reported the issue to the reception in the evening, but were told that there were no available rooms. What was more concerning than the problem itself was the indifferent attitude of the reception staff. They showed no empathy, did not apologize, and simply stated that housekeeping had not reported the issue, asking us what they could do. To ensure the issue would be addressed, I personally reminded them again and provided our room number. I’m glad I did, because it later became clear that no record of our complaint had been made. That evening, assuming the issue had been resolved, we returned to our room only to find that the air conditioner was still not working. When we reported it again, we received the same standard response: “There are no available rooms.” It felt repetitive and unhelpful, as if no real effort was being made to resolve the situation. Since it was already late and our last night, we had little choice. Fortunately, a staff member named Fadi from the bar came to assist us. He checked the electrical panel, reset the fuses, and managed to get the air conditioner working. I would like to sincerely thank him for his initiative and helpfulness. Unlike the reception staff, he also proactively suggested a room change if needed. Additionally, as we were leaving the hotel, we met Ms. Derya from the reception. We explained the situation to her, and she kindly apologized for what had happened. I would like to thank her as well for her understanding and professional attitude. In summary, this hotel leaves guests to handle issues on their own unless they happen to encounter a helpful staff member. The experience feels inconsistent and unreliable, which is not what one expects from a hotel stay.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, except for the experience I had with the dining area staff. I checked out early in the morning at around 4:45 AM and went to the dining area to get a coffee before leaving for the airport. The coffee machine had a ”Coffee To Go” option, and I could see cup lids available, but there were no paper cups. I waited for 2–3 minutes hoping a staff member would appear so I could ask for assistance, but no one was around. As I had a flight at 7:00 AM and was running short on time, I opened a door below to the coffee machine to see if I could find the cups. At that moment, a staff member arrived. I politely explained that I had been waiting and asked for a paper cup for takeaway coffee. Unfortunately, instead of assisting me, he raised his voice and told me that I should have waited for him and that I was not allowed to open the door without permission. I calmly explained that I had only been trying to find help because no staff members were present. However, he continued to insist that I should have waited and should not have looked for the cups myself. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, and I was made to feel as though I had done something seriously wrong. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise good stay. Due to this experience, I would be reluctant to stay at a Holiday Inn again.

I have enjoyed my stay in TRIBE Budapest, so I booked TRIBE Duesseldolf again. Hotel is very nice day. I like the mattress. I will give five stars to this hotel, but the information transfer between booking agent and TRIBE failed again. Last time in Budapest they spent one hour to find my booking and this time it didn't get my payment information. I think trip. com need to double check its information transfer with this hotel.

Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 10-day trip in Europe, this one was the most comfortable, the cheapest, had the best restaurant, and the most polite staff. There's free parking near the hotel, as well as paid options, and the hotel clearly explained the pros and cons of both. After getting our room cards, the lovely lady at reception personally escorted us to the elevator, explaining how to use the card and select our floor. What truly adds value: a free ice machine, and for breakfast, they offer free hot drinks with complimentary paper cups to take away – I've never encountered this at any other hotel, even as a Ctrip V6 member. I highly recommend your hotel!

The room was very clean, and check-in at the front desk was quick and seamless. It's about a ten-minute walk to the old town, and public transport to the Rhine River and TV Tower is very convenient. It's also easy to get to the exhibition center. I really love this city; it's very quiet yet well-organized.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Düsseldorf for 3 days and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out easy. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the location was convenient for exploring Düsseldorf and using public transportation. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again on a future visit.

All the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The room was spotless and quiet in a very lively neighborhood – quite rare and worth mentioning.

The service and ambiance were pretty good, but the facilities are showing their age! These past few days, Europe has been experiencing a heatwave, and the AC in my room was completely dead. With temperatures hitting 40 degrees, the room felt like a sauna... 😥😥😥 Even though the hotel staff did their best and brought in a fan, for a 4-star chain hotel, paying attention to heating and cooling systems should be a basic requirement, right? I'm really disappointed with my stay this time around!

This time the room was upgraded to the 10th floor. This floor was newly renovated. The room facilities were complete and comfortable. The traffic was very convenient. The surrounding business district, the restaurant is not too much, it takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk, mainly Western-style restaurants, but the taste is very good 👌 There is a supermarket at one stop for the train. Japanese sushi sashimi is also good

The breakfast at the hotel is very good, I like it very much, the variety is good, the taste is good. My room was found to have obvious stains on the bed at the night of check-in. Due to the late time, I can only deal with it sloppyly. Serve the little brother, and he said that he immediately handled all the room hygiene, which is very satisfactory.
