This is a perfect hotel spotless like new build staff very polite helpful in every way comfortable bed big TV water in mini fridge breakfast available if wanted extra cost would deffo recommended as some of the building around the area are ready to drop 2 min to beach 5 mins to shops good location

Staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The property is a bit old, but the room was spacious. However, the advert showed that there was a gym, and there wasn’t one on-site. This was disappointing, as I specifically chose the place for the gym.

Good central location, modern and recent furnishings, fast and friendly reception, only the first breakfast is not at the height ... Some minutes after 7:30 there was almost nothing and no one worried about suppliing food, Industrial undriveable orange juice ... Coffee at the limit ... Peccato!

Such a fantastic hotel and perfect location, the rooms are brilliant and with 5* service . It is a huge hotel so plenty of swimming pools to choose from and always clean. The food is delicious and the receptionists are wonderful ,ready to meet your needs 24/7

Check-in was a bit complicated and time-consuming as there was no front desk (you need to contact the hotel staff on WhatsApp). You need to be careful because you can't check in early or leave your luggage early even if you arrive early. Perhaps the canary is more humid than in Europe, the room smelled a little moldy and the room felt damp. There are windows, but is our room a courtyard? There was only a window facing, and the windows and curtains were closed all the time. Also, I think the walls are thin because I could hear music in other rooms. The door that separates the bedroom and bathroom is unstable and the gap above is large, so it is not recommended for those who care about sounds such as bathing or excretion. Also, since the bathroom only has shampoo and shower gel integrated, I think that those who are interested should bring shampoo and body soap. The room is equipped with a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, sink and tableware, so you can prepare a simple meal. Isn't it good for people staying consecutive nights?
