Super Hotel in Sonnenalpe Nassfeld. Lift direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (9 13). Das Familienzimmer war an der einen oder anderen Stelle in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sehr sauber. Kinderbetten eher ausgelegt für Kleinkinder. Hotel ansonsten sehr sauber und die Mahlzeiten waren sehr gut von Frühstück bis zum Abendessen immer tolle Qualität und abwechslungsreich. Da Familienhotel, eher etwas lauter insgesamt, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit unseren Freunden in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Die Getränke dagegen waren nicht so empfehlenswert. Bei all inklusive wird da meistens gespart. Man wird auch leider nicht bedient und muss sich die Getränke selber holen. Auch abends an der Bar war der Service nicht gut. Der Wellnessbereich war wirklich sehr schön. Wir können das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons eu une chambre double supérieure. La chambre dispose de - SDB avec WC et douche italienne - TV avec un grand choix de programmes ainsi qu’un frigo et un mini-coffre. - coin divan - grand balcon. L’hôtel dispose : - d’un grand espace Wellness avec des applications avec Bastian (top). L’espace est accessible uniquement aux adultes et adolescents dès 14 ans (à partir de 16h) - une piscine intérieure, extérieure ainsi qu’un toboggan. - salle de jeu pour les enfants - garderie enfants - balades organisées - carte régionale permettant l’utilisation gratuite de plusieurs télésièges et téléphérique. L.hôtel propose l’All-in de 10h à 23h. Le choix de boissons est plus que suffisant. Les repas sont : - buffet petit-déjeuner très copieux - Dîner de 12 à 14 h en buffet avec un grand choix - goûter de 15 à 16 h avec soupes, viandes, gâteaux - souper en forme de buffet avec un grand choix. Le personnel est très aimable et la direction de l’hôtel participe activement à la vie de l’hôtel. Il s’agit d’un Family-Hotel. Il y a donc beaucoup d’enfants.

Abbiamo soggiornato qua una settimana, ad agosto. Siamo una coppia con una bambina di 10 mesi. Il punto di forza è sicuramente l'indicazione assolutamente veritiera che è un hotel per famiglie, dagli ampi spazi ai piccoli dettagli a misura di bambino. E chi ha bambini anche un pò più grandi della nostra, può decidere di sfruttare il Falky Land per loro, per prendersi un pò di tempo per sé. Che sicuramente per noi genitori, a volte, non guasta! Abbiamo però potuto sfruttare degli spazi molto carini anche con la nostra piccola. La camera ci è piaciuta molto. E vorrei dare un punteggio alto anche alla pulizia, che è risultata essere quasi impeccabile. Sia nella camera, che negli altri spazi. Inoltre, ogni mattina il personale provvedeva a riordinare la camera. E come non parlare del cibo! Ampio, anzi, ampissimo buffet! E particolarmente buono, giudizio non scontato per dei Toscani, abituati al buon cibo! Colazione, pranzo, merenda e cena fantastica! Siamo anche rimasti molto sorpresi dalla bontà della pizza, altrettanto non scontata! E per la nostra piccola, in autosvezzamento avviato, c'era veramente tanta scelta. Molto belle anche le varie attività pianificate, sia per i bambini che per gli adulti. Per concludere, torneremo sicuramente!

Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything they should. Coffee capsules and tea are refilled daily. Bathrooms are larger than usual. The restaurant area is big with a variety of food options and drinks. Everything was delicious. All inclusive offers unlimited drinks in the bar which is great. The staff was helpful (as always) and “our” waitress was especially polite and cheerful. The pool area and water temperature are fine, even though it can get quite crowded sometimes. Nassfeld as a whole is a beautiful place to spend your holiday and their Nassfeld+ Card only makes the experience better. This was our 2nd stay at the hotel and was as great as the 1st time, because of which I sincerely recommend staying here during your vacation!

Check-in was fine, everything was explained! Room: very warm and stuffy in the room, toilet door handle broken! Breakfast: little choice, the staff spent more time standing around than clearing a table! As a Carinthian guest you don't feel welcome because you are constantly ignored! Dinner: disaster - food only lukewarm, not a big selection, staff bring 1 drink and then don't come to the table all evening, you aren't asked if you want a wine list or anything else! QR codes were missing from the tables where you could have looked at the wine list! Dishes dirty! This is reflected in the bar, you get 1 drink and then you are ignored! Spa - should be a quiet area, if music is playing and people are shouting, you tell an employee that this is not okay and to top it all off you are grinned at/laughed at, then you start to wonder what is wrong! Once and never again!

The pool and sauna area are extremely well-kept and accessible for most of the day. The variety in the restaurant is very rich. Very convenient area for excursions and ski lifts. Fabulous weekend!
