gabriella the manager was amazing. she was very accommodating. She cooked breakfast which was included in the rate of the room and we ended up having dinner there every evening that she cooked. We were the only guests there which was lovely for us. The views from both the balcony off of the room and the dining room were amazing. If I went back to Sorata this is where I would stay. Lovely.

Mein Sohn und ich waren zum Wandern in der Cordillera Real unterwegs und wählten diese Unterkunft zu Beginn unseres Treks. Die Zimmer, die ruhige Umgebung, das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal und das sehr gute Frühstück hatten wir sonst noch nirgends auf unseren Reisen erlebt. Die Unterkunft hat bei uns in jeder Hinsicht mit einer 10 gepunktet!

We highly recommend the Hostal El Encanto. Very friendly, very clean, cosy rooms, comfortable beds. The Hostal is absolutely secure. Beautiful views from every room of the sorrounding mountains. The owner Don Luis is very caring. The daily steep walk to the central plaza is good exercise for any alpinist. Recomendamos encarecidamente el Hostal El Encanto. Habitaciones muy amables, muy limpias y acogedoras, camas cómodas. El Hostal es absolutamente seguro. Hermosas vistas desde todas las habitaciones de las montañas circundantes. El dueño Don Luis es muy cariñoso. La empinada caminata diaria hasta la plaza central es un buen ejercicio para cualquier alpinista.

Después de una estadía muy agradable, nos olvidamos un teléfono celular en la habitación. Tuvieron la gentileza de hacer llegar el teléfono hasta la ciudad. Muy agradecidos con la administración y recomendamos mucho este lindo hotel. Bendiciones.
