Hotel is clean and staffs are responsive and friendly. Dinner at the restaurant was affordable and delicious.

It is probably one if the better hotels in the area but rooms did seem a bit outdated. It is convenient though, has everything you need for a night or two stay. Close to the airport too. Food is decent but of course not five star quality.

Near to Pelabuhan Rakyat. Good to stay for 1 night before going to Raja Ampat

When we first arrived in sorong, we took a ride to the hotel. Tired and hungry. Luckily the hotel itself was welcoming and restfull. We waited for awhile for the room to be ready. They let us checked in early although Its not 2 pm yet. Wow that was such a relieve. The room was cleaned and the beds are comfortable. We rested and freshenup before went out to explore sorong town. The staffs were helpful and kind. Helping us with our ride and introducing us interesting places to go. The location is good as it is near to many places that we wanted to go. We stayed for a nite only and the next day we took off to Raja Ampat. Thank you swiss bel. Well done!

Great hotel close to both the airport and port on the way to the islands and a great place to break up the journey.

The hotel is conveniently located about 15 minutes from airport. Only stayed 1 night. The shower, while the water pressure was good, was not warm enough for me

Location is quite near to the hotel and great customer services by the hotel receptionist

The best hotel in Sorong, clean and hygienic, with a grand lobby. Later I found myself in the Swiss Hotel in Yogyakarta, which was very good and very cost-effective. This chain has many locations and will be considered first in the future.

The window of the room booked on Ctrip opens to the patio, next to the room opposite. I paid to upgrade to a window with a view. It's a very old house, and the shower area in the bathroom is sunken so it's easy to get sprained. The public security in Saulon is not good. You can walk in the surrounding area at dawn, but it is not safe after dark. The mosque starts singing at four or five o'clock. It is very expensive to ask for a taxi at the front desk, starting at 100K, or RMB 50. However, the surrounding environment of other hotels in Solon is not as good as this one.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast starts early, but after a sleepless night I didn't feel like eating. And it was not possible to sleep because of the disco, which thundered 10!! hours under the windows.
