The hotel is very old, which gives it some old school charm. There were lots of families and travellers staying on the resort. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The pool was great for an afternoon swim. Fresh clean towels and bedding daily. Staff is most helpful. There is no restaurant onsite - but food deliveries are easy. Taxi & scooter hire was available. Central and easy to get around. Beaches are close nearby.

It shows it has everything but the s not kitchen/ restaurant in the hotel it's quite far from the city and has no immidete access for book site seeing or transport.

I booked this hotel as it was the closest to goa manohar international airport (mopa. The rooms were in terrible condition. Unclean bedsheets, stinking toilets, no hot water, cockroaches in the room. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Better to travel a little longer and stay at a better hotel.

it was a beautiful experience the staff was really humble and helpful. only if the wifi could have been faster, bcz there was almost no network around. so had some issues with the data and calling. rest this place is really beautiful 😍 will always choose this place on my next visit to goa ❤️❤️❤️

This property is at a good location and surrounding area is very beautiful but the amenities and everything in the property is quite old and very badly needs renovation.

Peace and Calm is how I describe every minute of stay here. This is respite from the madhouse of city that Goa had become. Reasonably priced for longer status, the hotel is plonked in the midst of lush paddy fields and coconut groves with a hill flanking one side and the sea about 500m dn a winding green path. Flexibility to order via swiggy. Discovered an amazing Beachside restaurant called Joets just a couple of kms up the road near bogmalo beach. Live music and brilliant food. My favourite time of the year is the monsoon and nothing better than in Goa in a large coconut grove facing room with balcony. Check the pics

Great resort with stunning views, excellent service, and luxurious amenities. Perfect for a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended! Location is great for travellers, very close to the airport. Peaceful environment. Big thumbs up!

Such a beautiful property with so much of peace around the property was amazing with an amazing pool all in all best stay and very near to the airport the rooms were hugeeee in size a family with two kids can easily stay in this room the staff is also very helpful and you can easily get food delivered since there are many restaurants nearby and its near to the beach
