The room is simple and comfortable, suitable for business trips. I often come here for work. The location of this hotel is very good, very close to the square. I will stay here next time. The experience is good.

very strategic location

The hotel staff was confused because the room I had booked and paid for was not available when I checked in. This hotel is not recommended because it is very detrimental to customers. The hotel management should immediately fix this wrong system.

It's conveniently located about 2 minutes from Block M subway (5 minutes if you use the elevator). It's on a main road, but the noise isn't a problem (maybe it depends on the room). There's a supermarket nearby with Japanese sushi. (Much tastier than the fake Japanese food at the shopping center). I didn't know about the food because I was only staying there without meals. It was clean. I didn't encounter any mosquitoes or insects in the room, which are common in Southeast Asian accommodations. I brought all the amenities with me, so I didn't use them, but they seemed to be reasonably well-equipped. The towels are divided into two colors, so you can distinguish between each person's when staying with someone else. There's a drinking water dispenser in front of the elevator. There's a doorman. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. The room door doesn't close automatically, so you have to close it yourself, and if you don't close it properly, it won't lock. You have to press the elevator button properly. It doesn't respond lightly. Overall, I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5. I'd like to stay here when I come to Jakarta, especially in terms of cost performance. I stayed at the Sheraton for 4 nights after this, but I preferred this place. There are no universal outlets in each country, so an Indonesian one is needed.
