The hotel was good. It's your typical hotel with decent amenities. The thing that sets this hotel apart from others is Victor! His hospitality and customer service was outstanding!! We are currently in the middle of our road trip from Toronto. We drove across Canada to Vancouver and are making our way down the west coast before heading back to Toronto. So far the customer service has been average to very poor depending on location. Victor on the other hand was amazing! As someone in the hospitality and tourism industry, Victor is the definition of customer service.

I been here a couple of times, and I will come back again. But sadly, (Victor) manager said that this hotels will be closed 10/15/24. Sad to know because staffs are friendly and rooms are clean and very spacious. Hoping will be seeing Victor who is very professional and very friendly again at Days Inn.

Sadly we discovered this hotel a bit late. It has been sold and will no longer be operating as a Wyndham hotel in October. The owner was very nice and helpful! Breakfast could be better. This location is quite windy. So beware of allergies

Very nice and smiling person Very good value for money and 10 minutes from the city center because very well served Motorway entrance 1 minute from the hotel door and sections that run very well to get to DOWTOWN ... I myself requested the link to write a review because we customers take the time to make complaints and complaints when we are disappointed but when we say nothing when we are completely satisfied .. The boss always has a smile and almost never refuses anything I asked for extra pillows at almost midnight, they brought them back to me in 5 minutes I had a problem in the bathroom, they sent me a technician immediately My children soiled the breakfast area in the evening, the receptionist did not accept that I clean it myself I highly recommend this service provider Thank you and see you soon MR NAZIME FROM PARIS ( FRANCE)
