Alles sehr sauber. Wunderbares, gehobenes Essen, außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal. Der Swimmingpool beheizt im Freien und die Saunalandschaft sehr schön und funktionell. Im Außenbereich befindet sich auch ein Whirlpool mit herrlicher Aussicht über Eppan.

Hier passt wirklich alles: Guter und freundlicher Service, saubere, moderne, große Zimmer, feiner (wenn auch etwas kleiner) Spa-Bereich. Exzellente Kulinarik und schöne Weinkarte. Who could ask for anything more? Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

+ tolle Betten + tolle Lage mit super Ausblick + netter Empfang, alle sehr freundlich, besonders Frau Herta war ein steter Lichtblick + Frühstück erfüllt alle Wünsche; Eigerichte stets frisch zubereitet - ewig lange Wartezeiten bei Abendessen - kein persönlicher Kontakt der Hotelbesitzer, keine Nachfrage nach Wohlbefinden - Preisgebahrung vor Ort eine Frechheit! Schon Garagenplatz mit € 15.- / Nacht ist heftig, aber € 3,10 für 1 Karaffe (0,75 l) normales (!) Wasser trotz stattgehabter Getränkekonsumation ist eine Frechheit! Im Ort gibt es 3 Quellwasserbrunnen, wo man gratis trinken kann.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Christof in Eppan war einfach unvergesslich! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das wunderbare Essen: Jede Mahlzeit war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis. Die Speisen sind nicht nur von höchster Qualität, sondern auch kreativ und mit Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Man spürt, dass hier großer Wert auf Genuss und regionale Produkte gelegt wird. Eine Küche mit sehr viel Geschmackssicherheit und Abschmecksicherheit. Auch der Service war hervorragend. Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr herzlich und hat sich um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Das Hotel Christof ist definitiv ein Ort, den wir weiterempfehlen – ob für Genießer oder einfach für eine erholsame Auszeit in einer traumhaften Umgebung

Unser 10ter Aufenthalt im Hotel Christof und es war wieder einfach unglaublich schön. So stellen wir uns Erholung vor, dass ganze Team versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen, das Ambiente hat eine wunderbare ruhige Atmospähre, hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Zimmer wunderschön, das ganze Team unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ein echter Traum, so daß sogar mein 20jähriger Sohn mich immer wieder gerne hierher begleitet. Wir kommen sicher wieder, vielen lieben Dank nochmal für alles, es war wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Das Zimmer (Lagrein-Deluxe-Doppelzimmer) war schön, sehr sauber, grosszügig und toll eingerichtet. Das Essen war fantastisch, die Weinberatung und die Weindegustation an einem Abend war sehr informativ, kurzweilig und schmackhaft. Am Abend konnte als erstes selbst am Buffet ein Salat zusammengestellt werden aus vielen verschiedenen Salat und Gemüsezubereitungen. Es gab immer feines frisches und verschiedenes Brot. Der Wellnessbereich ist wie auf den Fotos sehr modern, schön eingerichtet und angenehm. Allgemein hat uns die Grösse, bzw. dass das Hotel eben nicht zu gross ist sehr gefallen, so war es viel persönlicher und trotzdem gab es alles, was man sich wünschen könnte.

Camera bellissima e moderna, con una vista meravigliosa. Pulizia impeccabile e personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. Colazione all'altezza delle migliori aspettative. Molto utile il servizio di noleggio e-bike, facile da attivare ed economicamente competitivo. Ristorazione di buon livello, personalmente non gradisco la formula "modello pensione - ordino al mattino quello che desidero per la cena in un menu predefinito e limitato", ma sono gusti personali. Il relativo costo è però molto interessante e almeno per una cena ci ha convinti a restare.
