Arriving at 1445 and being told to come back 15 minutes later was not the best start. What possible difference could 15 minutes have made apart from make us feel extremely unwelcome. I found this experience to be bizarre. The room was fine but the sink and kettle both need a deep clean. Beds comfortable as always.

The location was brilliant for a family and had restaurants and entertainment venues around the hotel . It was only a 30min drive to Liverpool too. The hotel staff were so friendly and informative on the area and the room was comfortable and relaxing. Would go back again .

Visit was not as good as last time. Check-in staff friendly and room very clean, No complaints there. Television was very slow. No clock in room. Breakfast disappointing. My continental breakfast was fine but cooked breakfast for my husband was not up to standard. Beans should have been in a small pot not thrown onto the plate to mix with everything else. We did mention our concerns on our way out but checkout staff can only do what they can.

Superb sleep in Kingsize Bed 😴🛏️ Friendly receptionist. Tea and coffee facilities. Spotless bathroom. Free car parking. Fantastic location with lots of to do and lovely views of Southport. Will definitely stay here again and bring the kids.

Very clean nothing was any trouble staff were fabulous. Food was really good and reasonable price. Breakfast was definitely value for money. Complex next to the hotel was every thing we needed for our 10 year old daughter and lots of family deals

This was an ideal choice for my 2 day business trip. Modestly priced, a comfortable clean room and a friendly welcome from the hotel staff. Premier Inn's are not luxury but are reliable and safe choices for a solo female traveller. During my stay the hot breakfasts were cooked to order which was an added bonus - far nicer than the buffet and I'm sure creates far less waste for the hotel too.

Located not far away from the town centre. Only 10 minutes walk across the bridge to the town centre. There are fast food chains near the Inn. The Inn is clean and has a few free amenities. The cooked breakfast is good and you can request continental or English full breakfast. I would definitely recommend the Premier Inn Southport. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities, good evening meal and great breakfast. Good value for money, overall a super place to stay in Southport. The hotel is close to the sea front and only a short walk to the town

Had a great stay. Having stayed at this premier inn for months now. The reception staff go out of their ways to make it an efficient check in and to help give my selected room choice. A massive thanks to Christine, Amy, Lizzie, Alisha, Matt & Cameron, they’re a credit to the company.
