GGuest UserI came to the wrong hotel after landing, being my first time. I met the staff who made it clear that I had mistake but I was still at vista homes. After short deliberation they have me a room worth more than the basic room I had booked and I cannot be thankful enough.
Very patient and very kind people. Any time I am in Kigali I am never going anywhere else

GGodwinlewRwanda is definitely beyond your expectations. The streets are clean and tidy. This hotel should be considered a great resort hotel in Rwanda. The environment is very elegant. The key is that the food inside is very cheap. The waiter is very good and highly recommended.

GGlean-HillThe staff here work very hard and maintain the standard for this property. It was clean and friendly staff. The only problem is the owner/manager of this place. It was fully booked and was offered another accommodation for the first night and then taken back to the original plan compliment from the owner which was appreciated but not appreciate that the inconvenience wasn't our fault as we are just guests. I will put it down to you having a stressful day.
Speaking with other guests they didn't get what they requested eg a balcony. People book for the amenities and it ruins it when the standards are not met. The location is completely different, the washing machine is broken, breakfast is very basic you are lucky to get an omelette. There are no choices or care if you cannot eat certain foods. The WiFi goes as far as the living room and will not reach the rooms so you need to stay in the living room. The air conditioning is not working but there are fans to help if you are too hot. This location has a few shops but the location that shows I wanted to be near the gym which was within walking distance to the property. There are restaurants and a butcher close by so you can cook yourself something to eat.
