Wonderful hotel, quite worthy for Kashmir! Quiet area, its own protected plot of land, spacious room, delicious cuisine (room service is available), friendly and smiling staff. Almost close to the territory of the hotel, a taxi depot adjoins, followed by a crowd of motor rickshaws. I take note of this hotel, and will definitely return here closer to the summer!

Stay is so good, property location is to easy as per google map, some item teast is to good but some item are to expainceve and very bed teast and quality.

It was a decent stay, good for the value. The hospitality of staff was also very nice, staff is very helpful. The location is near to dal lake and other markets which makes it even better.

It was a good place with proper heating system as well, hospitality and hygiene was good too. Location is near to good restaurants and dal lake which is a plus one

The hotel has major issues with its heating system. We were almost frozen inside the room. They switch on the heating system only after 7:30 pm in the evening, so no matter how much cold it is during the day you will have to sustain the chill in the room without any heating. We would strongly recommend not to chose this hotel in winters. Other than that, staff boys were quite helpful and courteous.

24 hrs running hot water was not available. It was available on demand. Toilet shower are didn't have any shower curtain or enclosure, a real problem at srinagar during winter. Otherwise it was ok.

Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Only problem was, they had fixed time for hot water. 4 hours in the morning and evening. Other than that everything was nice. It was a pleasant stay

No heater in the room, dirt blankets, no response from the staff, power board not working properly to charge the phone, heater proceed had joints in the wire with no proper cover. Kindly request you to duelist this property from mmt. There is also power cut issue in the hotel and room access get inactive on its own. The main issues is the central heating system, in a place we’re the temperature is 0 how can anyone stay with just one heating blanket ( which was also faulty. Hope this property gets delis-ted from make my trip
