Kashmir is beautiful palace and houseboat is unique experience to my friend s and me stayed was extremely quiet best experience to line in lake and food and quietness was best and with our staying in houseboat uncomplate it best place to stay

We went there on December last year, so it was a childhood dream to stay in a houseboat so that was fulfilled finally.. and it was amazing experience. Mr. Goona ji n the staff welcomed us. They r so hospitable and generous. We were given the authentic kahwa, and home cooked foods were made so delicious and lipsmacking. Convey my msg to the chef. Every room had the heater nd bedsheet heater. So it was cozy and comfortable. At the last day we visited the market area and it was a great experience.

Staying at Goona Palace was the best decision I made on my first Kashmir trip. I stayed here with my family for 3 days and it was amazing. It is placed with the best view around. Very clean, hygienic and Safe. Everyone was so loving and courteous. Owner Mr Lateef is an amazing person, it was always fun chatting with him in evenings. He even helped with planning and booking my complete Kashmir trip. I am definitely coming back here in my nest trip.

We stayed in Goona houseboat for 3 days and experience was extra ordinary. Right from housekeeping/helper boys to owner Mr Latif, everyone is so welcoming and hospitable. There is a short shikara ride that is provided by him to get you from Ghat 12 to his houseboat. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and delicious home cooked food is provided. You can ask for tea, kahwa anytime and sipping it sitting in the boat's front balcony area is a divine experience. I would like to particularly thank Mr Latif for helping me personally - we forgot our watch while checking out. Not only he called us at airport to inform us about this miss but also took pains to arrange to ship it to our address. Thank you Mr Latif and Goona houseboat staff - we will be back! If I have to nitpick about improvements, since it is a wooden houseboat and even the minor sounds travel across the rooms, they could put a big notice for unruly guests who sleep late at night or wake up early in the morning and talk in loud voices disturbing others.

essential and friends visited to stay at this property was an experience that has homely fresh food and cleanness and comfortable beds The Interior and view are the beauty of the lake advice is important Mr goona has a travel company and booked the tour from the Goona travel service The advice and service facilities were the best it is very important must consult Mr Goona Information regarding car service was an experienced driver was kind hotels was perfect for over budget go for it
