The hotel is like a old folks home. The wifi does not work well and the bathroom is small as well as the bed. Shower leaks and water gets everywhere even outside to the bedroom floor. The price was high for the place you get but not much places around this small town for the race circuit

Goede ontvangst. Uitgebreid diner buffet. Ontbijtbuffet is goed, de hele dag koffie. Kleine klachten en opmerkingen worden serieus genomen en goed opgelost. Ligging is goed en een goede uitval basis. Fietsverhuur was bij ons bezoek mogelijk.

Het hotel is afgelegen, aan renovatie toe en doorreis plaats voor busreizen. In de omgeving is niet veel te doen. Door de busreizen is het lawaaierig en heel druk, met gevolg dat het eten vaak op of tekort is. Personeel doet zijn best maar valt niet tegenaan te werken. Staat van het hotel is armoedig. Meubels zijn deels stuk, föhn en boiler werkte niet, vlekken in de vloerbedekking, vooral op de gangen. Wel een goed bed en ruime kamer.

Het hotel is een verschrikking! Ontzettend smerig, luidruchtig en met personeel dat niet weet wat ze doen. Iemand aanspreken is verloren moeite want ze reageren niet eens op je. 1 keer en NOOIT meer! Elke dag hetzelfde eten, 1 pot koffie voor iedereen enz.

Hotel is a bit dated but very large rooms and clean. Staff very friendly and food is delicious. Excellent buffet and very tasty. Free drinks from 5:00 PM. Excellent price/quality. Hotel is part of Bolderman Eifel and Trier trip. Breakfast is fine and can be enjoyed if desired. make a packed lunch

The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff speaks limited German because none of them are from Germany (Eastern Bloc). The food is really substandard. We have a buffet that is minimally filled, lettuce is spoiled, other vegetables come from a can, just like the goulash, and the choice is very limited. Fries way too salty and the soup….
