AAnonymous UserOne of the best memories I have from Taif is this hotel! The parking lot is convenient and well-planned, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete without being excessive. The service is excellent! The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is a hidden gem 👍👍. The breakfast is rich, delicious, and very clean. On one of the days we had an early start, we pre-ordered a packed breakfast. When we picked it up, each person received a large paper bag with four full meal boxes, plus yogurt and water – it was incredibly generous! Since the restaurant is open 24 hours, you can also have a late-night snack (which locals might consider dinner, haha). Every dish is exquisite and delicious! I'm so grateful to have found this small and beautiful hotel in Taif~~

I’ve travelled extensively across multiple countries and stayed in countless hotels, from luxury chains to boutique properties, but I can confidently say this: the customer service I received here was the best I’ve ever experienced. Mr. Sultan went above and beyond in every possible way — his professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help made us feel instantly welcomed and well taken care of. While the rooms themselves were decent and comfortable, it was the exceptional service that made this stay memorable. Mr. Sultan's attention to detail and genuine care didn’t just enhance our stay at the hotel — it elevated our entire trip. It’s rare to find someone who leaves such a positive impression in such a short time, but he did exactly that. If you're visiting Taif and value top-tier hospitality, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Platinum Park — and if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Mr. Sultan, you’re in for a truly standout experience.

GGuest UserI am very disappointed with jameel service. I booked and payed for 3 adults but they allocate us room having 2 bed our 3 person slept at floor which was very unfair. First they keep us stamd by for about half hour and we was so tired and longing to sleep.
