IIrylechkaThis is a good chain hotel, and the price perfectly matches the quality of services provided. My room was quiet, and I slept wonderfully! The linens were clean, new, and white, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, the towels were also good, and the hot water was genuinely hot. As for toiletries, there was only shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper. The air conditioning worked perfectly; I set it to heat since it was cold in February 2026, and the room warmed up in about 10 minutes. There was also tea, coffee, and two bottles of water. I recommend this hotel; it's ideal for layovers between flights.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Turkey.

NNztommyI met the kindest and nicest host while staying in Istanbul.
They even upgraded my room and made my check-in time 2 hours earlier, and they welcomed me warmly.
This was the first time I felt kindness among the Turkish people I met for 4 days.
The room was also nice. The water pressure was strong! The room was really spacious.

LLyzaInTurkeyThe staffs are so friendly. The room is clean but unfortunately the day we check in there was a bad smell in the fresh water and the flush water in the toilet has a brownish color too. The next day before we check out the water was clean already. The place is jus walking distance to grand bazaar and there’s a lot of restaurant too

The apartments are clear, but the kitchen does not want ... The household is not properly performed.
