3-Star Hotels in Istanbul

The service was five-star, and the staff were incredibly kind. They even gave us gifts and a map of Istanbul with explanations right when we arrived. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the attractions. However, the only downside is that the air conditioning would sometimes turn off in the middle of the night... maybe it was overheating? Also, the soundproofing isn't great, and there was a lot of noise from outside the window at night. Everything else was perfect.

The location is pretty good, close to the bus station and even closer to Taksim Square, just a few minutes walk to Istiklal Avenue. However, the bathroom didn't have any mouthwash cups, which I'd suggest they provide.

This hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.

The biggest drawback is the discrepancy between the information provided during booking and the actual room we received. Our family, three guys from Kazan, and three foreign gentlemen all met at the hotel, and it turned out everyone had booked an 'improved room with a balcony and sea view.' However, none of us got such a room. Apparently, these rooms were under renovation. They didn't refund the price difference, even though it wasn't significant. This clearly seems to be the hotel's policy: to entice guests with this specific room type, only for them not to get it in the end. They don't notify guests about the change in advance nor do they offer refunds. The food is good, and the location is also excellent – just a five-minute walk from Sultanahmet Square, near the university.

We chose a hotel to spend the night between flights. The toilet lid was broken. Cleanliness is 3 out of 5. Instead of a blanket there was a large waffle towel))) it was fine for me, but my husband was not comfortable. Not a bad option for the money. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. Opposite the hotel there is a good snack bar with Turkish shawarma or whatever they call it

I met the kindest and nicest host while staying in Istanbul. They even upgraded my room and made my check-in time 2 hours earlier, and they welcomed me warmly. This was the first time I felt kindness among the Turkish people I met for 4 days. The room was also nice. The water pressure was strong! The room was really spacious.

It was amazing experience in such a reasonable price and everything included and almost all the famous tour spots were on few minutes walking distance and cooperation of office team was realloy amazing, highly recommended.

Overall, for the price, the room was decent. The staff were polite and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room itself was tiny. On the downside: we were put on the ground floor and could hear people walking and talking all night. The sink was very small, making it impossible to wash up properly. The bathroom was a bit dirty; it didn't feel clean. There's a market nearby and cafes within walking distance.
