3-Star Hotels in Istanbul

The hotel staff were incredibly patient and professional with every guest, regardless of their nationality or origin. They provided excellent advice on must-see attractions and places to avoid. The hotel environment was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was abundant and healthy, with different options every day! What's more, the location is fantastic, very close to many attractions in the old town. I'll definitely be bringing my family here next time!

Simply a superb hotel, right from the reception staff who were very pleasant, polite, and made check-in quick. The location is good, with the metro just 7 minutes away and main streets nearby. The rooms are quite spacious, and the shower works perfectly. The rooms are clean and cozy. The air conditioning also works for heating. Coffee, tea, and mugs are all provided, as are toiletries. The breakfasts are good, with everything you need.

Convenient location with attractions within walking distance. It's a small, cozy hotel. We got a family room on the first floor with a balcony. Housekeeping was daily. Breakfast was the same every day, but you won't go hungry (egg, cigar borek, cheese, sausage, vegetables, cookies, fruit), instant coffee from a machine, tea, juice. The staff were very responsive and lovely. The rooms, furniture, and plumbing are a bit dated but in working order. There's a railway and a road directly under the windows (balcony), so the noise might be less on floors above the first. Having a balcony with a sea view for evening gatherings is a wonderful bonus. Breakfast on the terrace offers a beautiful view. Overall, a pleasant impression.

The attention from the receptionist and waiters was very good; they were very approachable and friendly. However, the facilities left a lot to be desired, especially in the room we were assigned. The bathroom was terrible. The pipes smelled really bad at night, so much so that I could barely sleep due to the odor. Even with the toilet lid closed and the bathroom door shut, it still smelled of sewage, so we had to switch to another hotel. Going in there to do my makeup or simply use the toilet was disgusting. On top of that, the bathroom ceiling was crumbling. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center next to the mosques, but these kinds of issues are simply unacceptable. I believe that room should not be rented out in such conditions; they urgently need to fix the problem in the bathroom. The bedsheets were also full of pills and very rough, making it uncomfortable to sleep. On the other hand, there's a charming rooftop where breakfast is served, but overall, the breakfast is very poor and not good.

A nice small hotel with all amenities, and timely cleaning. The cafe offers a stunning view of the sea and the strait. Cormorants and crows are always a delight to see, waiting for guests to arrive for breakfast. The location is very convenient, close to the metro, ferry crossings, and Bosphorus tours. Airport transfer can also be arranged. Special thanks to the staff for their hospitality.

Everything was fine, except for the hotel's location. To get to all the cafes and public transport, you have to walk uphill. Breakfast wasn't included and it was expensive for such a room, and the internet was bad (((

I met the kindest and nicest host while staying in Istanbul. They even upgraded my room and made my check-in time 2 hours earlier, and they welcomed me warmly. This was the first time I felt kindness among the Turkish people I met for 4 days. The room was also nice. The water pressure was strong! The room was really spacious.

Свет включается только выключателей рядом с кроватью. Администратору сказала, никто ничего не сделал. На фото номер выглядит намного красивее, отель кажется новым, в реальности - все намного проще. В номере нет воды. Нонсонс. Во всех отелях Стамбула вода есть. На ресепшн сказали, что хозяин экономит. 40 рублей вода стоит. Капец. Завтрак на террасе. Терраса маленькая, мест всем не хватает. Вид никакой. Если есть возможность , выбирайте другой отель.
