GGuest UserThe service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again.

GGuest UserWhat an amazing find. Right inside the park, run by a lovely hostess who helped arrange our arrival from the train station, a great tour of the park, and helped with any questions we had. The room was super clean, very comfortable, with modern touches like a projector screen and fully automated blinds and curtains. The highlight, though, were the delicious and varied meals. So many mushroom and bamboo dishes available. Excellent breakfast each morning with farm fresh eggs, steam cakes and noodles. I would highly highly recommend a stay here.

XXiaoben619Their house is located halfway up the mountain, very close by bus from the west gate. The bus stop at the entrance requires a short wait, but you can flag it down. Driving is recommended for more freedom. The rooms are very clean, and the owner and grandma's fried rice is especially delicious. We stayed in a room with a super large balcony and a fantastic view, surrounded by lush bamboo. This place is perfect for quiet tea drinking, meditation, and relaxation. If you can endure solitude and want to connect with nature, then this place is truly a great choice.

MM489942****My parents came from Mianyang, and I took them to see the famous Shunan Bamboo Sea scenic area in Yibin. I had stayed at Diecui Bieyuan before, when I brought friends from Chongqing, and I was extremely satisfied with my first stay – the experience was excellent in every aspect, and the service was exceptional. This time, I originally wanted to take my family to experience different guesthouses, but after considering various options, I still felt this place was the best, so we stayed here again. My family likes to cook, so we brought our own equipment for barbecue and hot pot. I was worried the owner might not approve, but he was incredibly generous, not only providing us with tableware but also running around helping us with everything, even washing all the pots for us [laughing emojis]. Also, tea is free here; the owner brewed bamboo leaf tea, which was very fragrant and delicious. I bought some for my dad. Breakfast is also free. GGuest UserThe hotel's staff was incredibly welcoming, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was truly cozy. After a day of exploring, the moment I lay down, all my fatigue was gone. Dining here allows you to enjoy the distant mountain views, and the air is incredibly fresh. The outdoor pool and relaxation area are beautifully designed (though we didn't use the pool due to the weather), surrounded by lush vegetation, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.
The room interior is simple yet modern, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for those seeking a tranquil retreat amidst nature. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

The front desk service is warm and professional, and the meticulous and thoughtful reception makes you feel at home. The breakfast is rich and varied, with freshly cooked noodles and local snacks being particularly amazing, which will start the day full of energy. The hotel has very convenient transportation and is surrounded by a complete range of restaurants and business districts, making it extremely convenient for both business and leisure travel. A cost-effective choice, worth staying again and again!

GGuest UserService: I really have to complain about this. Don't listen to that auntie downstairs. I suggest booking on-site because they're different from others; once you book, it's non-refundable if you don't stay (it says free refunds within a few minutes, no refunds after that, and we only found this out later). The staff initially said it was refundable because of a location issue, but even after we went downstairs, it was still non-refundable. We contacted Ctrip multiple times, and they said the hotel owner told us to contact them. The owner then said the gist was no refund unless we stayed. The person who contacted us downstairs even suggested we eat at their restaurant. Otherwise, it was okay. Especially the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic.
Environment: The 199 package only covers the first floor, which has a lot of mosquitoes. I don't recommend using the 199 booking; the mosquitoes are plentiful and the environment is bad. I also suggest rooms on the 4th or 5th floors with enclosed windows. Rooms without enclosed windows also have a lot of mosquitoes. The 4th and 5th floors are a bit more expensive. I don't recommend the private hot spring rooms; the tub there wasn't clean, with a lot of limescale.
Cleanliness: I didn't check the other cleanliness details when I went, but the private hot spring in the room was subpar. It was a bit disappointing. We originally went there for this, but later we didn't want it anymore.
Facilities: There's free parking, but you might need to be a little careful because the slope is quite steep. Pay attention to your driving style and turning angles when going up and down the slope to avoid scraping the undercarriage. I scraped mine, and several metal bolts on the undercarriage were scraped off. One of those bolts damaged my oil pan, causing a slight oil leak. I won't comment on the other aspects since I didn't experience them.
Please only book if you're sure you'll be staying. If you're unsure, I suggest not booking. No refunds! No refunds! No refunds! No refunds! Be cautious when booking offline. Be cautious when ordering.

GGuest UserHaving stayed in so many hotels, this one really stood out! The location of the hotel is simply invincible, the transportation is more convenient than you can imagine, the high-speed rail station is very close, and various modes of transportation greatly facilitate itinerary arrangements. The hotel environment is impeccable, the public areas are spacious and bright, the decoration is exquisite, and the quality is reflected in the details. The room is clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout. The scenery outside the window is breathtaking, which makes people feel happy instantly during a tiring journey. This hotel is worth recommending!

OOtautahianI chose this hotel for its location in the old town. There is a snack street nearby plus lots of small restaurants. It is a ten minute walk to 合江门/ Hejiangmen. Breakfast and room were fine for this price point. Two things to note:
1. The main entrance was a little hard to see at first, you need to pass through what looks like a clothes shop first (see my photos)
2. Foreigners need to fill in an additional paper for at check in, including a contract person who can vouch for you in China. The hotel actually did call my contact person, to confirm I had entered China on the date and at the port I had declared to them at check in.
The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay.

김김본드It is located 5 minutes from the Heungmun Seokhae bus stop to the accommodation complex, so it is very accessible.
The hotel desk's hospitality attitude was good, and they helped me order at the hotel restaurant.
The rooms are clean and spacious. Since it is a hotel in a tourist complex, group tourists seem to be the main customers,
and the breakfast is poor. The Heungmun Seokhae tourist site is a 5-minute walk away.
