GGuest UserI like this homestay very much. In the Valley of Forgetfulness, it is very close to the museum, convenient to the attractions, and a beautiful environment, completely relaxing.

MM489942****My parents came from Mianyang, and I took them to see the famous Shunan Bamboo Sea scenic area in Yibin. I had stayed at Diecui Bieyuan before, when I brought friends from Chongqing, and I was extremely satisfied with my first stay – the experience was excellent in every aspect, and the service was exceptional. This time, I originally wanted to take my family to experience different guesthouses, but after considering various options, I still felt this place was the best, so we stayed here again. My family likes to cook, so we brought our own equipment for barbecue and hot pot. I was worried the owner might not approve, but he was incredibly generous, not only providing us with tableware but also running around helping us with everything, even washing all the pots for us [laughing emojis]. Also, tea is free here; the owner brewed bamboo leaf tea, which was very fragrant and delicious. I bought some for my dad. Breakfast is also free. Overall, I was really satisfied. #GuesthouseGuide #ShunanBambooSea #ShunanBambooSeaDiecuiBieyuan

GGuest UserLocated within the scenic area, the environment is incredibly comfortable. Children can play on the slides, collect eggs, and dig for bamboo shoots in the backyard without even leaving the hotel. It's less than a 10-minute drive to see pandas up close! The hotel itself also has a billiards room, a mini gym/yoga room, a karaoke room, and a children's karaoke room – so thoughtful! Adults and children can play separately, allowing several families with kids to relax without worrying about the kids. Although it's still winter, the bamboo forest scenery is still stunning. You can sunbathe on the rooftop, watch the sunset, and enjoy tea or coffee. The rooms are cozy and clean, with children's slippers and toothbrushes. There's underfloor heating, so it's not cold in winter. The bedding is very comfortable, and the nights are very quiet – crucial for anyone with sleep problems! The hotel also has a restaurant where, in addition to breakfast, you can still enjoy delicious hot pot and Sichuan cuisine. Having stayed at many family-friendly hotels, this is arguably the best I've ever stayed at! The guesthouse owner was very thoughtful; we came before the ***** New Year, and they even gave us snacks the kids love when we left! We'll definitely come back sometime!

TtongsihanltxThe hotel is very close to the core scenic area, just a few hundred meters from the Seven-Colored Waterfall, making transportation very convenient. The hotel also has a large private parking lot, ensuring easy access to both transportation and parking. Even on holidays, there's no traffic congestion at the entrance, making it quick to get around, and parking spaces are always plentiful.
The hotel itself is very convenient for accommodation, dining, and families with children, as everything is in one courtyard, preventing kids from running around. There's also a small public hot spring for relaxing feet.
The owner helps with meal planning, and the portions are larger than expected. They also offer complimentary snacks based on the meal's quality, making it very affordable overall.
The owner also helps with route planning and recommends attractions, saving a lot of time on research. Combined with the hotel's advantageous location, there was virtually no backtracking.
Overall, the hotel offers facilities commensurate with its price, and the service and experience are relatively excellent value. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, the house is spacious and very clean, situated halfway up the mountain, with a viewing platform directly opposite. The view is absolutely stunning. The next day, on Laba Festival, I was honored to attend the owner's family banquet. The hall was filled with relatives and friends, and I was infected by the joyful atmosphere. The ladies at my table took great care of me, which made me very happy 😁. Every dish was delicious. It was my first time trying the Sichuanese dish of ”pao zhu tang” (pork offal soup), and it was incredibly delicious! The dog was also adorable; this was the owner's pet, Hei Dou (Black Bean), chubby and very affectionate. Whenever I went to the viewing platform opposite, it would inevitably come running up, dig in the dirt, happily stroll around, and then run back down 😄. Downstairs at the guesthouse, families can also have barbecues and enjoy Kung Fu tea.

GGuest UserThe hotel's decor is excellent, and the owner is very welcoming. A young lady helped us carry our luggage upstairs as soon as we arrived. The service was attentive, and the food was also very good – truly delicious! My son wanted more after eating. We were especially happy to stay at the Manshan Yung Valley Private Hot Spring Resort Hotel. I've stayed in many large hotels, and this is the first time I've wanted to give the owner a good review. She's warm, generous, and the room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable – very cozy. I plan to stay here again next year.
Cleanliness: Superb! Compared to hotels like the Hilton, I think Manshan Yung Valley is more comfortable and better.
AAnonymous UserWe made a last-minute May Day trip, and finding accommodation within the scenic area was challenging, so this was practically our only option. We arrived near dusk, and it was raining heavily. The front desk staff was very welcoming. The suite we booked was spacious and not as damp as we'd expected. They promptly added extra bedding. Although the facilities were dated and the decor reminiscent of a rural home, the bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. However, there were a lot of spiders in the room, perhaps due to the mountain environment. The restaurant's breakfast was too basic and often spicy, leaving the children with mostly porridge and boiled eggs. However, the stir-fried dishes for lunch and dinner were good, generous in portion, and reasonably priced.
