GGuest UserService: First of all, I would like to praise the service of the staff. Their attitude is very good and they are responsive to all requests. The bamboo fungus noodles for breakfast and the bamboo feast ordered in the evening are very appetizing.
Facilities: The internal facilities of the B&B, the surrounding environment and the sanitation of the hotel are all great. It is very close to the West Gate, so you can enter through the West Gate next time you come.
In general, the price-performance ratio is very high. I will definitely choose Pu Su next time I come to Zhuhai.

GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence for one night, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the owners, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was truly exceptional—they were always ready to help with anything I needed, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my stay was as seamless as possible. The residence itself is charming and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.
What truly stood out, though, was the genuine care and attention from the owners. They made me feel like a valued guest, and their positive energy added so much to my stay. I highly recommend Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I’m already looking forward to returning in the future!

XXiaoben619Their house is located halfway up the mountain, very close by bus from the west gate. The bus stop at the entrance requires a short wait, but you can flag it down. Driving is recommended for more freedom. The rooms are very clean, and the owner and grandma's fried rice is especially delicious. We stayed in a room with a super large balcony and a fantastic view, surrounded by lush bamboo. This place is perfect for quiet tea drinking, meditation, and relaxation. If you can endure solitude and want to connect with nature, then this place is truly a great choice.

GGuest UserThis store as a whole amazed me! Five-star praise, the boss runs it with heart. Let me talk about my stay experience. First of all, why did I choose this store: 1. To facilitate the beautiful sea of clouds the next morning 2. The online reviews are relatively good 3. The stay experience is very good. This is not the kind of unmanned homestay in the city. Every service staff in the store is very friendly and introduces tourist routes. Very enthusiastic! And before April 30, you can enter the scenic spot for free with the Nezha 2 movie ticket. It's great! In general, it's good! ! !

GGuest UserService: I really have to complain about this. Don't listen to that auntie downstairs. I suggest booking on-site because they're different from others; once you book, it's non-refundable if you don't stay (it says free refunds within a few minutes, no refunds after that, and we only found this out later). The staff initially said it was refundable because of a location issue, but even after we went downstairs, it was still non-refundable. We contacted Ctrip multiple times, and they said the hotel owner told us to contact them. The owner then said the gist was no refund unless we stayed. The person who contacted us downstairs even suggested we eat at their restaurant. Otherwise, it was okay. Especially the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic.
Environment: The 199 package only covers the first floor, which has a lot of mosquitoes. I don't recommend using the 199 booking; the mosquitoes are plentiful and the environment is bad. I also suggest rooms on the 4th or 5th floors with enclosed windows. Rooms without enclosed windows also have a lot of mosquitoes. The 4th and 5th floors are a bit more expensive. I don't recommend the private hot spring rooms; the tub there wasn't clean, with a lot of limescale.
Cleanliness: I didn't check the other cleanliness details when I went, but the private hot spring in the room was subpar. It was a bit disappointing. We originally went there for this, but later we didn't want it anymore.
Facilities: There's free parking, but you might need to be a little careful because the slope is quite steep. Pay attention to your driving style and turning angles when going up and down the slope to avoid scraping the undercarriage. I scraped mine, and several metal bolts on the undercarriage were scraped off. One of those bolts damaged my oil pan, causing a slight oil leak. I won't comment on the other aspects since I didn't experience them.
Please only book if you're sure you'll be staying. If you're unsure, I suggest not booking. No refunds! No refunds! No refunds! No refunds! Be cautious when booking offline. Be cautious when ordering.

The boss is still very down to earth! The total cost for the two of us including food and accommodation was just over 300. It was indeed worth it! GGuest UserThe hotel is located inside the attraction area which we have to buy the entrance ticket to get to enter. The lady owner will drive out to pick us up to her hotel and she helps to buy discounted cable car ticket to view the sea of bamboo. Moreover, the bamboo feast set lunch (RMB588) provided at the hotel is quite good but a bit expensive. Some of the rooms we booked have toilets with squatting and therefore, please call the hotel to ensure the sitting toilet instead of squatting one. She is willing to change one of the rooms for us to sitting toilet.

SSaishangyedouThe room was spacious and quiet, with air conditioning and an electric blanket, making it a very comfortable sleep. The large windows faced the sea, and opening the curtains in the morning revealed a beautiful view.
The owner was very welcoming and helped with our luggage as soon as we got off the bus. The next day, he even helpfully drew a map of the Bamboo Sea and recommended attractions. Very thoughtful.
Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room was nice and clean. I was worried after seeing so many negative reviews before checking in, but the experience was beyond my wildest dreams. However, the air conditioning was too loud at night, which disrupted my sleep. If I'd known about the amenities in advance, I'd have gotten a perfect score. Breakfast wasn't a buffet because there weren't many people staying, but there were noodles and hot and sour noodles, both of which were delicious. The location is excellent, just two minutes from the scenic area, and parking is free. Excellent!
