Environment: Quite nice; the elderly person and the child slept incredibly well last night, it wasn't noisy at all! Service: The young man checking us in (I think his name was Ye Sheng) was super nice, and the two young ladies checking us out were also very gentle and considerate (I forgot to check their names). Breakfast was delicious, with all the Yibin specialties, great taste and a wide variety! There's also a bookstore on the first floor where you can borrow books, and you can return them at any Atour store, very convenient!

My partner and I have stayed in this hotel before in February. Came back again just to enjoy this hotel again. Again, this hotel did not disappoint at all, cleanliness was still excellent, service was very good and convenient especially being able to communicate with the front desk using WeChat. They even gave us an upgrade of our room. The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us when they saw us. The cleaning staff were professional also (they even tucked our soft toys into bed haha). The gym is also very well equipped and well maintained considering it is a hotel gym. They even have trainers at the gym, and they have PT classes at the gym too but of course you have to pay for it. But the gym staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I think this hotel would definitely be our first choice in Yibin always. This hotel is a great reflection of the people of Yibin, warm, welcoming and very loving. Highly recommended! I brought my family to Yibin and chose this Crowne Plaza. The hotel's environment is quiet and elegant, and the rooms are meticulously cleaned with no overlooked corners. The space is generous and doesn't feel cramped. The staff are warm and patient, proactively recommending local attractions and cuisine. The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, and the local snacks are very authentic. The rooftop pool is clean and comfortable, and the kids had a blast. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around by taxi. Both the facilities and services are top-notch, and my whole family had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a good location, with many Yibin specialty restaurants nearby. The supporting parking lot is large and parking is convenient. The room is very big. I originally planned to stay for only one night. I wanted to stay one more day in Yibin and planned to extend my stay, but the online platform showed that there were no rooms. I found the front desk clerk Peng Lin and immediately coordinated a room for me to extend my stay. The service was thoughtful and I will stay here again next time I come to Yibin.

Regarding dining, the all-bamboo banquet is a highlight; it's not only delicious but also incredibly affordable, offering excellent value for money and allowing guests to experience local specialties. Nearby attractions are also conveniently located, including Hai Zhong Hai (Sea in Sea), Fairy Lake, Xianyu Temple, and Tianbao Village (**Wo). The room was clean and tidy, and they proactively upgraded our room. There's a hot spring downstairs, and you can also enjoy free karaoke and billiards. It's excellent value for money.

The decoration is quite satisfactory, the room and the whole environment are clean and hygienic, the air is fresh, the speed of the office is fast, the business room is full, the lighting and sound insulation are very good, the network speed can be office without card, self-service laundry room, free parking, breakfast nutrition, fully meet the needs of business trips, the location is prosperous, It's very convenient to go out and take a taxi.

Authentic Leshan tofu pudding and Yibin 'burning noodles' (ran mian) had genuine local flavor. They truly catered to both Western and Chinese tastes with a wide variety of delicious options. The overall environment was clean and comfortable, and the service was meticulous. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yibin.

The hotel I booked for my parents who were traveling by car was very popular with them. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with free parking spaces, and you can also take a taxi or bus to other attractions. The room is clean and well equipped. Also, a special thanks to the hotel staff! They helped my parents connect to the wifi, and patiently taught my mom how to use the washing machine and dryer. When ordering takeout, my mom didn't know the address, and the front desk lady also helped her. Thank you guys :)

New hotel, good location, newly renovated, equipped with Baidu intelligent voice control curtains and air-conditioning TV, as well as smart toilet. Unfortunately, there is a problem with the smart toilet, and the TV remote control cannot be used. It is expensive in Yibin and the price is average.
