GGuest UserThe hotel environment was great, quiet and not crowded. The two young ladies were very attentive, and the staff member was adorable. We watched the sunset from the terrace in the evening, which was beautiful. The hotel food was also good, with a very generous breakfast. The butler even gave us a cake, which was delicious.

GGuest UserI have stayed in many hotels during this Spring Festival self-driving tour, and I am impressed by Atour. We were hungry and checked in at nearly ten o'clock. We originally planned to order takeaway. We learned that Atour had a buffet porridge and went to drink a bowl, but we were very pleasantly surprised. In addition to the porridge, there are small buns and steamed buns. There is a dumpling. Our family loves to eat. I don’t even need to order takeaway when I’m full. I feel very warm. After check-in, the room was clean and tidy, which made people very at ease. Breakfast provides packaged services for guests who drive the car. The hygienic aunt is very kind to the children. There is nothing to send the children a bottle of mineral water. The aunt is a bit cute. Before leaving the store, the beautiful lady at the front desk also asked us if we would bring two bottles of warm water. We have also stayed in a five-star hotel in Shenzhen, but this one is impressed. Finally, it would be perfect if the amount of hot water could be larger. Service these are additional. Bedding and stable hot water are the most important things we choose for our hotel. I hope the founder of Atour will see and do the best hotel.

BBenS88The hotel was great, clean, and the staff was most pleasant and helpful. It was easy to get where I needed to go. There was a number of food selection available nearby also which was great. The buffet for breakfast was excellent and had a good number of varieties.
Only complaint I have is that my room shower did not seem to be able to keep a consistent temperature as it randomly spiked from hot to cold.
Aside from that it was a great hotel and would highly recommend.

YYumizhuyaoThe Xingwen Shihai Tingyuan Hotel experience exceeded expectations, with attentive and thoughtful service throughout. The front desk added us on WeChat in advance to meticulously assist with reservations, patiently explaining the show and banquet booking methods – a truly heartwarming touch. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a suite, where the private hot spring bath was incredibly comfortable and relaxing; we took the kids for two soaks, finding it incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.
The park's performances were exceptionally captivating. The ”Xiaoyao Banquet” was delicious and visually appealing, and despite the slightly chilly outdoor air, the performers at ”Shihai Changge” were still dedicated and energetic – an unexpectedly high-quality performance. Entering the park at 9 am the next day, there were few tourists, making for an excellent experience. The hotel's food was authentic and delicious. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to families with children.

GGuest UserThe environment is nice, surrounded by lush bamboo groves and filled with the sounds of insects, creating a natural atmosphere. There's an infinity pool, and boating is convenient. However, the chefs leave after 2 PM?? Usually, hotels like this, located on a mountaintop with nothing around, should at least have food available throughout the day. The hotel didn't even have a small shop. Without a car, buying things is extremely inconvenient; there are no shops nearby. I only bought a few packs of instant noodles at the hotel, and they only had braised beef flavor. The hotel swimsuits are ridiculously expensive; the kind that costs 168 yuan each looks like they cost 20 yuan to make. You should bring your own swimsuit if you want to swim.

MM58590****The environment was clean and tidy; I didn't expect such a great environment for just over a hundred bucks. Parking was convenient, and the underground parking attendant was very responsible and enthusiastic. When we checked in, the front desk staff saw we had a child and proactively upgraded our room. Because my child needed to do homework, we wanted to borrow a fan (typo, likely meant 'desk fan' or 'table lamp'), and the housekeeping auntie was very kind and specially came to our room to follow up. It's right next to two malls, Rhein Spring and Wanda, making dining and entertainment very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the new city, and the surrounding is very quiet. For a family trip, the front desk gave us an extra breakfast. The room is large and the bedding is good. The facilities are complete, and a mini bar is provided (2 cans of drinks). The toiletries are also complete, and the room is separated into dry and wet areas. The only drawback is that the shower head is a bit clogged and the water output is small. Overall, it is very good.

Although the TV in the deluxe king-size bed room is 55 inches, it is too far from the bed and cannot be seen clearly; there are only a few channels to watch on TV (basically there is nothing to watch), but fortunately you can cast the screen on your mobile phone; the faucet of the wash basin leaks.
In general, I am satisfied, and I don’t talk about cost-effectiveness during the Spring Festival.

The service is warm and professional. Among them, Xiao Fan at the front desk took my request for a quiet room seriously. The check-in experience was indeed very quiet. When I asked for a few bottles of mineral water, mineral water was delivered in time. I also provided the restaurant contact information. The service attitude was very good. The staff of the restaurant on the second floor also warmly received us as individual guests, and the food tasted good. The hotel has convenient parking and is recommended for stay.
