I booked 2 suits with single bed and arrived at Hotel Pinheirinho the reservation was with couple bed, After negotiations with the reception we managed with the good will of the management to organize the hosts, despite her great resistance to the change of couple to singles. Finally! I think the site of trip.com should be easier to view and have more clear information when the final closure of the reservation. Att. Nilson Rodrigues
