The stay was enjoyable — modern rooms, cozy atmosphere, and a great location close to everything. The staff were attentive and made check-in effortless. Breakfast was decent but could be improved. Overall, a solid and satisfying hotel experience

The hotel's facilities are good and there is an electric kettle. The breakfast is very rich. The staff are very enthusiastic, especially the front desk staff, who solved some problems for us, thank you very much (she) them! The location of the hotel is very good, less than 100 meters from the hotel, there is a big supermarket to buy fresh fruit. This is a hotel with a high price/performance ratio. In addition, it is highly recommended to visit Curitiba, which is a well-managed city. The surrounding environment is also very good, and there are some unique tourism resources.

It is so so. The room we have got was not twin beds though our booking was twin beds.

Highlights: - awesome service at the breakfast by Gustavo, very nice guy making great tapioca - location is great, everything near by (mall, bars, restaurants…) - lovely staff at the front desk Areas to improve: - horrible sleeping quality, uncomfortable bed, pillow and blanket (falls apart) - room service did not change towels, had to use wet towels again - air conditioning not working properly, so we could not heat the room Could not sleep more than 5 hours, would definitely not book it again.

Nice, the service can be improved, at least toothbrush sets and bottles of spring water can be provided in the room.

The staff speak English, which makes a great difference. There were only a few courtesies offered by the hotel.

It doesn't look like a hotel, it doesn't have the traditional hotel service. I was dirty and I was in my hand. I didn't receive any refund. I had a bad experience.
