Great
GGigi_leungWe have a short trip to Edmonton visiting our friends.
We liked the location and the underground parking.
The room and bathroom were clean. We liked it the bed is big and room size. My son love watching out with the big window with the little couch.
However I think the breakfast end too early. It closed before 10am. we are on vacation and sometimes don’t want to rush.
I think it will be better to extend til 11am.

Very Good
MM314431****The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy, with convenient access to transportation. The environment was great, and amenities like the microwave and refrigerator were very practical. It was quiet, the staff were friendly, and there was free parking available.

Good
FFrankiePlace was reasonably clean, amenities are ok and breakfast is good. However they are understaffed at night, making check-ins a long process. There's only one attendant and when I arrived there are at least 8 people In the line. No bottled water or sandals.

Ffang1025The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to the city center. You can walk to the city center for more than ten minutes. You can walk to the provincial parliament building and the river for more than ten minutes by walking in the opposite direction.

GGuest UserI can live as a homestay, and I am too disappointed to treat it as a hotel, which is incomparable to Ramada in mainland China. I don't know why it is also called Ramada, and the facilities are relatively simple. The child didn't want to add a mattress. The two big boys slept on the same bed reluctantly and the room was small.
JJun-jun0424You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
