JJadeThe location is accessible to different public transport which is convenient for solo travellers. Also, it is in the middle of downtown area where restaurants and major establishments are located. Overall, chateau Lacombe is a good hotel to stay if you are planning to go in Edmonton.

GGuest UserI was told by the front desk that the cost for a taxi to get to the airport was approximately $50. Then I was told by another member of the staff that it was around $65. I asked the staff to go ahead and book me the taxi and I ended up paying $80 to get to the airport one way. The hotel really needs to figure out a system with the taxi cab drivers regarding flat rates because $80 for Edmonton is unacceptable.

JJazzBeeWe had a great stay at Best Western Plus last weekend during the snow storm. I asked for a hygiene kit from the front desk and she gladly offered the shaver and the cream I desperately needed. I will be back this summer and I will stay at this hotel again

DDAICHUNZHIThe hotel is very cost-effective, the rooms are quite good, clean and tidy, and the staff service is professional. Equipped with an ice machine, this is absolutely perfect for those who like cold drinks! A little regret that there is no buffet breakfast, you need to order your own order. In the corner of an overpass, the surrounding area is a bit messy due to road construction, but there is a large parking lot in front to make a buffer. Overall, it is okay. It is estimated that the construction should be changed after a few months. Because of pet-friendly, this is the second stay. Traveling, you have to drive better, after all, not in Downtown, there are no bustling commercial street attractions around. But there are also fast food such as burgers across the overpass. If you want to live comfortably, check in at other places to eat and drink, then this is enough! In short, it is recommended and worth the money!

There are no less than 10 large and small restaurants, and it is very convenient for people to be rich and thrifty. Panda Express satisfies the Chinese stomach very well. The main road next to it is a high-speed, large trucks, large trucks, driving past at a high speed, and I was woken up by the sound of high-speed vehicles at 5 o'clock in the morning, feeling like I was sleeping on the road😭
*Service, less than satisfactory. On the first night of my stay, the body lotion in the bathroom was half a bottle left, so I just threw it away. So there was nothing on the sink except a small bar of soap. The room was cleaned the next day and nothing was repaired. And no floor towels for the new bathroom.
* Facilities, room with kitchen? ! Yes, there is a microwave, a sink, what else? and no more! ! The bedding is poor, and the sheets and quilts that have been washed with a lot of water are old and gray, which looks like a cheap hotel.
*Breakfast, from 7 to 9 o'clock in the middle of the week, besides the chef's on-site fried eggs, there are fruits, yogurt, bread, and meat, which are all available.
In short, I won't stay next time, the Sheraton next door is obviously better than here, the difference between an express hotel and a star hotel.

HHKNekoVery Central to windermere district which is close to the airport. Just a few mins drive or around 10mins walk, one can access restaurants and supermarket. Comfy bed and all time hot water and coffee served in the lobby. However the water flow is too weak and unstable temperature for showers and washing hands.

GGuest UserNice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities. Indoor pool and games room plus pool on roof. Good choice for breakfast. Bar area was pleasant, but fairly quiet, although not expensive. In general, the staff were helpful and efficient. The Hotel is in a rather scruffy area about 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars but it felt very safe.

HhongpowerIt takes about 20 minutes by Uber from Edmonton Airport. It cost about 33 bucks. There is also a Korean restaurant nearby... It is not a walkable distance. All schedules were handled by Uber. The sound of the air conditioner in the room… . It's so big... I turned it off when I went to sleep.
