JJazzBeeWe had a great stay at Best Western Plus last weekend during the snow storm. I asked for a hygiene kit from the front desk and she gladly offered the shaver and the cream I desperately needed. I will be back this summer and I will stay at this hotel again

DDAICHUNZHIThe hotel is very cost-effective, the rooms are quite good, clean and tidy, and the staff service is professional. Equipped with an ice machine, this is absolutely perfect for those who like cold drinks! A little regret that there is no buffet breakfast, you need to order your own order. In the corner of an overpass, the surrounding area is a bit messy due to road construction, but there is a large parking lot in front to make a buffer. Overall, it is okay. It is estimated that the construction should be changed after a few months. Because of pet-friendly, this is the second stay. Traveling, you have to drive better, after all, not in Downtown, there are no bustling commercial street attractions around. But there are also fast food such as burgers across the overpass. If you want to live comfortably, check in at other places to eat and drink, then this is enough! In short, it is recommended and worth the money!

GGuest UserThe hotel is ideally located to locations for downtown Edmonton and West Edmonton. The breakfast choice is very good for this standard of hotel. The rooms are spacious and general facilities are good such as gym and pool. There is no bar or food lounge but there are lots of restaurants nearby. What lets it down is that it is quite dated and looking a little wornout/tired. To some degree it is starting to look more Motel than Hotel and impressions are really important. In my view the rooms are in need of a modern renovation. Despite that I would stay again. I dont think it deserves the rating that it has on Trip.com and would put it at 7.5/10.

GGuest UserLocation is good, restaurant service is great ,and the front desk is good. The interior of the hotels, hallways,and entrances to the rooms are very dirty and unvacuumed . THE WORSE are the towels ,I went and bought my own towels as I would not dare use the hotel towel, old, some had stains, extremely smalll and worn out,I would be embarrassed receiving a guest with those towels, I have been in many hotels and this one was not one of my favourite.This hotel has great business facilities, but internally it needs some attention in terms of cleanliness.
I saw the same garbage at the entrance to my room and in some of the hallways, and 3 days later, it was still there.

CCurling CoachWe booked the Argyll because of its proximity to the Saville center. We were attending a Curling camp that started early in the mornings. It was an eight minute drive to get there. The beds were awesome and comfortable, but the rooms were older and beaten up a little bit. The stay probably would’ve been fine except there was a rave at the bar attached to the mall that was half outside and it went until about 10:30 PM. It was super loud in the rooms. We also had a next-door neighbour that started his parties at one or two in the morning. Even after complaining the first night, they still left him in the room next to us for the next night. I got very little sleep for two nights in a row. The breakfast wasn’t much but fine anyway. There’s lots of free parking. And a few restaurants in the strip mall that the hotel is attached to. Some interesting clientele around, but it wasn’t scary or anything. Just not a good hotel for kids to be at or if you need to be up early in the morning.

AAnonymous UserThe room isn't huge, but it has everything you need. When you check in, they'll ask if you want a fridge and microwave, and if you do, they'll bring them to your room. The bathroom fixtures are spotless. The service is also excellent. This hotel has joined ”Best Western” and officially changed its name on August 1st this year.

HhongpowerIt takes about 20 minutes by Uber from Edmonton Airport. It cost about 33 bucks. There is also a Korean restaurant nearby... It is not a walkable distance. All schedules were handled by Uber. The sound of the air conditioner in the room… . It's so big... I turned it off when I went to sleep.
