PPepplerGreat hotel, great location, very friendly staff! We stayed here one year ago and loved it so much we came back the next time we came to Edmonton. We loved everything, modern, suites are very well set up. We took advantage of the kitchen! The bathroom is clean and beautiful. My only criticism is the soundproofing could be better.

GGuest UserI was told by the front desk that the cost for a taxi to get to the airport was approximately $50. Then I was told by another member of the staff that it was around $65. I asked the staff to go ahead and book me the taxi and I ended up paying $80 to get to the airport one way. The hotel really needs to figure out a system with the taxi cab drivers regarding flat rates because $80 for Edmonton is unacceptable.

BBenladeng7768The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by hotels and shopping malls, with Walmart right behind it, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.
The hotel offers both ground-level and underground parking, making parking convenient, especially in winter.
The hotel service was excellent. Upon arrival, we were given a breakfast coupon. Breakfast options included eggs Benedict and an English breakfast, which were delicious and filling.
The room was well-equipped and very user-friendly. It came with a microwave and refrigerator, and the cleanliness was excellent.
I would definitely stay again.

甘甘少锋The hotel is very close to the water park, driving about 8 minutes, near the KFC, Walmart, the hotel's breakfast is also not bad, but the facilities are relatively old, like many years ago, the hotel's service in general, just started to check in when I saw to take a lot of luggage no one to help take a little bit of the face of the expressionless.

GGuest UserNice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities. Indoor pool and games room plus pool on roof. Good choice for breakfast. Bar area was pleasant, but fairly quiet, although not expensive. In general, the staff were helpful and efficient. The Hotel is in a rather scruffy area about 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars but it felt very safe.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good and clean. The rooms are similar to what you see in the photos. Front desk staff is friendly. The rooms had an old coffee maker and the coffee is not the best. At some point they removed the old towels and didn’t replace them with new ones. Overall good experience.

HhongpowerIt takes about 20 minutes by Uber from Edmonton Airport. It cost about 33 bucks. There is also a Korean restaurant nearby... It is not a walkable distance. All schedules were handled by Uber. The sound of the air conditioner in the room… . It's so big... I turned it off when I went to sleep.
