GGuest UserCome to Xiangyang to run a horse, the hotel that was only temporarily booked before getting off the train, the online review is not deceiving me, and they all say that the service attitude is very good.
At 8 o'clock in the morning, I was going to store my luggage. The result was directly given to the room. After the front desk opened, I also asked if I had breakfast. I gave the breakfast coupon directly. I was hungry and warmed my stomach. I didn't forget to send welcome fruit after eating. I accidentally soiled my clothes at breakfast. I asked the front desk if there was any hand sanitizer or something to wash. The front desk lady gave a bag of super-powered laundry detergent intimately. There is no charge. Maybe these warm-hearted services are not possible for 5-star hotels. I really feel the enthusiasm of the people of Xiangyang ❤️

I decor was lovely with nice art, flower's and teddy bears. A real cute feel.
The room was cleaned daily. New clean soft sheets each day was appreciated. The bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioner was appreciated. The WiFi worked well. The lounge was comfortable to use.
The room snacks were tasty. I loved the ice creams from the foyer. Providing bottled water was appreciated.
The breakfast was filling. I found the fruit such as watermelon to be so tasty.
A high quality washing machine was helpful.
The location is central and handy to lovely restaurants, a park, banks.

The service is even more heartwarming, the reception is warm and professional, the check-in is efficient and fast, and the high-floor viewing room is also actively upgraded, and the surrounding food and parking strategies are intimately shared. During the stay, the 24-hour customer service responded quickly. One day, the document needs to be printed. A few minutes after contact, the staff will send it to the room. The attitude is always gentle and courteous. The aunt who cleans the room is very careful. Every day, she will replenish sufficient drinking water and toiletries, and will neatly organize the scattered office supplies. The care in the details is moving. GGuest UserI can only say that the value for money is quite good. Check-in is convenient, and few hotels allow check-in after 10 AM. It's perfect for a quick stop on your first day. For the price, it's a good stay, but it's definitely dated. The toilet seat doesn't have a lid, and there aren't many toilet paper packs. The shower gel dispenses from a button, and there's no hand soap. The floor-length mirror next to the bed reflects off the wall, making it easy to get dirty.
As for the service, I particularly liked the kitten; it's quite adorable, like a lucky cat. Honestly, if you're not obsessed with value, you'd probably spend a few dozen more and have a better experience at a better hotel.
