Fuyang Hotels with Breakfast

It can be said that Venus Royal Hotel is indeed the best hotel in Yingshang. Needless to say about the hardware, the most important thing is that the hotel staff are really very enthusiastic, especially the 92 staff, which makes people feel very sunny and kind. , it makes me feel at home, I must give it a thumbs up! ! ! I will stay here next time~~

Warmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. I also loved the fresh and elegant courtyard. Plus, they offer self-service laundry, which was a nice touch. Overall, a good experience.

It was my first time to come to Fuyang to watch the Zebra Music Festival. It was very quiet. Two bottles of beer were given with the ticket, which was very ceremonial. It was only ten minutes away from the Zebra Music Festival. The breakfast was also very good. There was a manager with glasses at the breakfast who was very nice, considerate and gentle in his words. Because I was very tired after watching the first show the day before, the front desk didn’t call to inform us to check out today, fearing that it would affect our rest. Every detail was very touching. Thank you Fuyang, thank you Atour, I am really, really satisfied! Come again next time!

The location and cleanliness were decent, and the service was quite friendly. However, the WiFi signal was unstable, constantly lagging when watching videos or playing games. The room's soundproofing was also poor, as I could clearly hear noises from next door. Overall, the value for money is okay, but the unstable WiFi and poor soundproofing affected my stay. I hope the hotel can improve the internet and soundproofing issues.

Clean and hygienic, quite nice. I don't stay in hotels often, but this was at least as good as the ¥375 Four Seasons Hotel in Suzhou North. Since I have a Border Collie, the environment is great and I can bring my dog, so it's perfect.

Very satisfied stay! The front desk service is very good, the facilities are complete, the parking is convenient, and there is a charging pile, which is too friendly to self-driving passengers. The breakfast category is rich and delicious, the room is spacious, clean and clean, and there is no smell. The staff is gentle and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. There are many choices for eating, drinking and shopping around, and travel is convenient. Quiet sleep environment, live in peace of mind, it is recommended, travel preferred

Excellent location with convenient transportation and bustling surroundings, making it easy to get around. There's a subtle pleasant scent upon entering, and the layout is well-designed. Qian at the front desk provided great service, quickly resolving any issues. The staff were attentive and thorough, and the hot water was plentiful.

Compared with many finalizing this hotel, it did not disappoint. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, and the atmosphere is full, which is very suitable for business people to stay and rest temporarily. The staff is warm and warm, and the details are full of care. The bedding is soft and fluffy, the sleep experience is great, the bathroom is dry and clean, no smell, the price is outstanding, and the next trip will be decisively repurchased.

My overall stay was excellent. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the room hygiene was spot on, and the room itself was quiet and comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite, always ready to help promptly with any issues, which really showed their sense of responsibility. It's a perfect choice for both business trips and leisure travel. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.
