GGuest UserIt was my first time to come to Fuyang to watch the Zebra Music Festival. It was very quiet. Two bottles of beer were given with the ticket, which was very ceremonial. It was only ten minutes away from the Zebra Music Festival. The breakfast was also very good. There was a manager with glasses at the breakfast who was very nice, considerate and gentle in his words. Because I was very tired after watching the first show the day before, the front desk didn’t call to inform us to check out today, fearing that it would affect our rest. Every detail was very touching. Thank you Fuyang, thank you Atour, I am really, really satisfied! Come again next time!

recommend. It was the right decision for me to choose your hotel as my business trip destination in Fuyang. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the ancient atmosphere here. I would like to especially thank the hotel's front desk service team. After my first night there, the front desk lady called me the next day to ask if there was any noise at night and whether I needed to change rooms. The meticulous service made me feel very warm and at ease. The room was spacious and bright, with simple decoration and soft beds and quilts, ensuring that I could get a good rest after a busy day. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a wide variety of breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper. The waiters were friendly, making my dining experience more pleasant. In addition, the hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation around it, making it easier to get a taxi. Thanks again for the hotel's excellent service!

I decor was lovely with nice art, flower's and teddy bears. A real cute feel.
The room was cleaned daily. New clean soft sheets each day was appreciated. The bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioner was appreciated. The WiFi worked well. The lounge was comfortable to use.
The room snacks were tasty. I loved the ice creams from the foyer. Providing bottled water was appreciated.
The breakfast was filling. I found the fruit such as watermelon to be so tasty.
A high quality washing machine was helpful.
The location is central and handy to lovely restaurants, a park, banks.

The room is warm and comfortable, the sanitation is meticulous, the bedding is soft and clean, and the living is very safe. The hotel is fully equipped and has all the necessary daily stays. JJiafeidatuziThe hotel's facilities, location, and cleanliness were all excellent. The room we stayed in was on the 6th floor, which provided a great view. The only downside was the cleaning lady who also worked as a room attendant. Because I really liked the smell of the toiletries, I asked her for two extra bars of soap and lotion, and she seemed unhappy and impatient, which was really annoying.

GGuest UserThe hotel I stayed at on this business trip was booked by a friend. I was passing by in a hurry, but I was surprised to get a small lucky. The hotel's parking lot is in a good location, convenient and safe parking. The moment I walked into the room, I was moved by the cleanliness, and there was a faint clean atmosphere in the air, which made people relax at once. The attitude of the customer service is very kind, and there is always a problem to respond as soon as possible, making people feel taken seriously. The overall service is meticulous and thoughtful, from check-in to check-out is very smooth. This stay experience is much better than I thought, like a gentle station on the journey.

CCJLIUConvenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
