GGuest UserThe location is excellent, not far from the attractions, and the dining next to it is very rich. The room is large, fully equipped, hot water is sufficient, laundry detergent lotion conditioner is everything. The front desk and the hotel's overall service are warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is quite rich, but the freshly cooked wonton has a kind of shredded pork noodles. The only dissatisfaction is that there may be a problem with hygiene. After I checked in, I found a blood spot on the sheets. I didn't want to trouble it. As a result, I passed by the front desk and happened to hear the front desk girl picking up a complaint call about the sheets. 😂 I hope the store attaches great importance to improving it!

LLynne MilneWarmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

GGuest UserI feel like I'm really old. The receptionist made me feel very gentle. I don't know if she is really gentle or just gentle to customers. Anyway, it reminded me of a friend. I can't remember the appearance of the receptionist and my friend. Every time I see this kind of gentleness, I always feel a little sad. In addition, I want to complain that I wrote this review on the bed of a hotel apartment. I really don't feel used to staying in an apartment B&B. Also, the hotel apartment, I thought it would be a hotel, but it was actually a B&B. I feel really old. I saw the hustle and bustle of Nanjing's traffic and high-rise buildings. All around were steel and concrete, beautifully dressed, with all kinds of heavy makeup, and the hurried takeaways in the middle, garbage in the corners, and the bright lights and feasting overhead. I felt a little dazed and suffocated for a moment. The last 5-star praise was for that touch of gentleness.

GGuest UserThe service at Atour Hotel in Fuyang is truly excellent, and it has deeply touched me. As I just arrived here, I was unfamiliar with many apps, including the basic Didi Taxi. Ningyu at the front desk took the initiative to help me book a taxi and reminded the driver to ensure I arrived at my destination safely. It was incredibly heartwarming. During meals, I was pleasantly surprised. Following the guidance of the restaurant staff, I tried Fuyang's specialty ”Gelatio” for the first time. The rich flavor of sesame paste is still unforgettable to me—it's truly one of China's delicious cuisines, and I never expected to taste it at Atour Hotel. The soybean residue wrapped in pancakes was also incredibly fragrant.Thank you, Atour Hotel, for your thoughtful and warm service, which made me, a traveler from afar, feel the touching warmth of home. I will definitely recommend Atour Hotel to my colleagues and suggest they choose Atour when visiting China.

GGuest UserThe most pleasant surprise of this stay was the front desk service, the staff was warm and courteous, the process was handled quickly, and the route would be carefully guided if it was not clear, and small problems would be actively helped to solve. The room was cleaned, the facilities were intact, the environment was quiet, the service was far ahead of the same price, and I would choose this one next time.

MMingzisuiyiI chose this hotel during the Fuyang Marathon. Miss Yang Guo at the front desk warmly received us and learned that we were participating in the marathon. She also specially sent cards and fruits with blessings and refueling, providing full emotional value. The hotel room was clean and tidy, very quiet at night, and slept very soundly. The next day, the competition was full of spirit and the medal was won smoothly. Thank you very much Buckingham Palace, I will definitely come back next year!

GGuest User這次旅行的酒店體驗感真的太好了!房間整潔度超出預期，床品換洗得很乾凈，沒有污漬和異味，床墊彈性很好，睡起來很舒服;房間裏的傢俱都擦拭得很乾凈，沒有灰塵和油污，地板乾爽不粘腳，垃圾及時清理，衞生間沒有潮濕異味，洗漱台鏡子擦得透亮，細節處理得很到位。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住時主動問好，耐心講解退房政策和酒店服務，還幫忙推薦了附近的特色餐廳，態度超級好。性價比超高，這個價位能住到這麼整潔舒適的房間，真的太值了。而且隔音效果很棒，晚上沒有任何噪音干擾，房間裏很安靜，睡得特別沉，早上起來精神滿滿，值得推薦給大家!

113806813The hotel has a great location, surrounded by thriving commercial areas. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The breakfast is plentiful, and the local Fuyang specialties left a deep impression. They even served complimentary stewed white fungus soup in the evening. The service was warm and attentive; Kally at the front desk proactively upgraded us to the executive floor. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

CCJLIUConvenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
