The only downside is that the toilet is a bit small. The mattress is incredibly soft and bouncy—the softest I've ever slept on. I can't even sit on the edge of the bed because I slide off easily. The space is quite large, and it's very quiet on the fourth floor at night. Customer service is excellent; communication is quick and convenient, and they try their best to resolve any issues. It's a duplex with separate floors, so the sound insulation between the two floors is slightly poor. Also, there's a bit of space for people on the lower floor to open their doors after entering through the main entrance.
