"The room looks exactly like the official pictures, and the hotel service is decent. The only downside is the disposable slippers – their quality is pretty poor 😓, they really only last a day. During the Chinese New Year period, the park had a full schedule of activities every day, but the evening water show required an extra ticket. For families with kids, they might want to consider a few things: perhaps slightly larger rooms, and a ticket package for 2 adults and 1 child (or 2 children). I saw several families having to pay extra for their children's tickets during check-in, which was a bit annoying. Staying at a hotel inside the scenic area is really convenient, especially in the mornings when it's much quieter before the outside visitors arrive."

"I stayed at Western Fortune Hotel Fuzhou Minhou and found it to be a solid, no-frills option. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, though some parts of the room felt a bit dated. The location is quiet, which I liked, but it’s a bit far from the main city areas, so getting around took extra time. Staff were polite and helpful when needed, even if communication in English wasn’t always smooth. Breakfast was okay—nothing special, but it did the job. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re in the Minhou area and just need something comfortable and straightforward."

"To be honest, it is a good hotel in the same price in the university town... Facilities: complete and complete, there are more disposable items, convenient for different choices... The sound insulation is a bit poor, the common problem of all hotels in the university town (including Century Jinyuan and Atour), takeaways have to go to the first floor to get them, no robots... Service: Not bad, but there is room for improvement... Environment: Just on the campus, the scenery is OK Location: Very close to the highway intersection, far from the city, more suitable for self-driving"

"Another great Atour stay. These hotels never let us down - good price, nice staff, great offers (free breakfast!), decent rooms. The beds are really comfortable - we actually ordered an Atour mattress at home from their Weixin page. We stayed here as my partner had an exam at the university. There isn’t much in the area to recommend except the usual mall, restaurants etc. If you want to sightsee in Fuzhou you’d be better off staying close to the center."
