Exceeded expectations! The breakfast was even better than at many full-service hotels, and the service was excellent. The room was clean, and the price was very affordable. I've really come to like Vienna Hotel.

The staff were great and thanks to the manager who upgraded me to a bigger room and also help me add breakfast to my booking. They were all helpful. I will do come back.

Advantages: It's newly opened, which is why I came here. The prices are reasonable, and it looks very clean. Disadvantages: Because it was just renovated, the smell is still very strong. The shower in the bathroom is inconsistently hot and cold, and my child got scalded while bathing in it. The shower door isn't waterproof, and the bathroom floods after a shower. The soundproofing is very poor; I could hear children making noise in the hallway even at midnight.

The front desk is very polite. The lighting design in the house is very good. It is clean, hygienic and comfortable. The floor is high, so the view is great.
