The guesthouse is perfectly situated at the foot of Mount Tai, just a short walk from the Hongmen Visitor Center. Our room was spotless and cozy, the small courtyard was wonderfully quiet, and the overall design was quite tasteful (I regret forgetting to take photos!). The owner is incredibly warm and cheerful, and even kindly offered pick-up and drop-off service near Hongmen. We had planned to climb the mountain the following day, but the weather forecast predicted rain, making us worried about our itinerary. To our relief, the owner checked a cloud map, confidently assured us it wouldn't rain, and even helped us plan the perfect route. True to their word, the next day was beautifully cool and refreshing, resulting in an absolutely fantastic experience. Thanks to contacting the owner in advance for some excellent packing advice, we were well-prepared and didn't have to carry any unnecessary luggage. Overall, a truly wonderful stay!

You are looking for not only clean space, but also a tranquility isolated from the hustle and bustle, the experience, the most beautiful scenery in the trip Its service is meticulous, for you to change to a more comfortable room, the interior is completely new, the bedding is as clean as new, the sound insulation is excellent, to ensure you have a good night's sleep.

The room, bedding, and everything else were very clean, unlike other B&Bs with various issues (like a sagging part of the bed). There's also a washing machine available. The room didn't feel damp at all. Plus, the inn is right next to the Taishan Hongmen Tourist Center, which is super convenient. The surrounding area is also quite quiet. Finally, the two owners are genuinely wonderful people, very welcoming and enthusiastic. As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved it here!

The room was clean, well equipped and the air was fresh. The hotel has a laundry room very intimate! The breakfast is rich and delicious. The service is thoughtful and intimate. The clothes fell in the hotel, the service staff contacted and sent the courier in time, thank you very much for the staff on duty!

Aside from the hotel's older facilities and the hallway carpet being a bit shabby, everything else was fine. The breakfast room, while small, offered a wide variety of dishes and was clean and hygienic. The front desk service was attentive. The two 130cm beds were suitable for children and offer excellent value, highly recommended. When I checked out, I saw the room being cleaned, and the sheets were indeed new, which was reassuring. I also recommend replacing the toothbrush cups with disposable ones and getting a disposable toilet seat cover. These aren't expensive, but they're safe and attentive, and they also make the hotel's service more attentive. Hotels of similar price ranges generally offer similar amenities; it's all about the service and attention to detail.

1. The hotel details stated there was a parking lot inside the compound. However, when we arrived at noon, they said there was no parking available. We could park in the public area next to the guesthouse or at the scenic area parking lot near the Red Gate, but this would incur a fee. The hotel details didn't mention free parking. When we questioned this and wanted to change hotels, they promised to cover the parking fee. However, when we checked in at 2 PM, they said we would have to pay for the parking ourselves. They upgraded our room, but we had already booked a comfortable double room, not the discounted double room. Even if there was a difference, shouldn't they have discussed it with us first? The next day, when we wanted to leave the public area, the person who collected the fees wasn't there, suggesting it wasn't a legitimate fee collection method. 2. After checking in, we found many short hairs on the sheets. We asked the owner to change the sheets and duvet cover before leaving. We watched the cleaning lady take the sheets upstairs. When we returned from the mountain late at night, we found the sheets hadn't been changed at all; they had only brushed the bed, leaving some stains from the previous cleaning. Overall, it felt like a shoddy job.

The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of good quality, with nice-smelling shampoo and shower gel. The location was also convenient for getting around, and the parking lot was quite large.

Location: Excellent location, very close to the Hongmen mountain entrance, just a few minutes' walk away. Perfect for an early morning hike. Service: Attentive and thoughtful service. Check-in and check-out processes are simple, and all questions are patiently answered. Facilities: The room is well-equipped with complete amenities. Tables, chairs, and bathroom facilities are all in good condition, making for a comfortable stay. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent. Bed sheets and covers are clean and tidy, and even the corners are well-maintained.

I chose this hotel for its affordable price and close proximity to Mount Tai Shan, and it completely delivered. The room had everything I needed, and the bed offered a stunning view of the mountains and the city below. Getting to the mountain was easy—just a short taxi or bus ride away. The area around the hotel is convenient, with a small shop and a few cafes within walking distance. A large shopping mall and supermarket are also just 3-4 bus stops away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tai An!

This hotel indeed a no frills hotel. Value for money as it was within walking distance to the main entrance (Hongmen) to hike Mount Taishan. Convenient and can get food around without any problem. Purely for hiking Taishan this is it. To take note if coming from High-Speed Train Station getting a cap you need to advise the driver this hotel is near Hongmen (Taishan main entrance). Best is to ask driver to their GPS App as many drivers are not aware of this driver. This is a small set-up hotel. The owner especially the owner wife are very nice, friendly and helpful. Worth the stay as my objective was hiking up Mount Taishan. Duly achieved.
