2-Star Hotels in Tai'an

The location is very convenient, very close to the Hongmen trailhead. The owners, a husband and wife, were incredibly kind and friendly, picking us up and dropping us off. They were very attentive to detail, providing complimentary spring water and hiking poles. The room was newly renovated and impeccably clean – the cleanest guesthouse I've ever stayed in, bar none! Haha. They even recommended a restaurant, which was delicious. Overall, it was a truly welcoming experience; the hospitality of Shandong is truly remarkable! Haha, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. Finally, I sincerely wish the owners booming business and abundant wealth! This is the first time I've written such a long review. My photography skills are limited; the actual food is even better than pictured! Haha!

The automatic curtains opened with the lights, making the room bright and airy – I was really pleased! It's super close to Tai'an Station, only a 5-minute walk, yet it's surprisingly quiet (the soundproofing from outside is great, although you can still hear loud noises from upstairs). I have to say, the home theater room was fantastic. The screen is huge, and it comes with a membership, so watching Pirates of the Caribbean late at night was awesome. The decor has a江南 (Jiangnan) style with strip lighting, and it's a long room. The only minor drawback was the lack of a full-length mirror, haha. Oh, and the service was excellent! Don't forget to add the front desk lady on WeChat; she'll recommend local tours… Highly recommend!

I've stayed in many hotels, and this one is the best I've experienced recently! The room decor was cozy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, I slept great. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, and the toiletries were good quality. The front desk service was attentive; check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted delicious. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. I truly recommend it to everyone!

My stay at Anyu Wangshan Homestay near Taishan Station was absolutely perfect! The landlady's warmth and hospitality instantly made us feel at ease. Knowing that the three of us were traveling alone, she not only proactively helped plan our hiking route and recommended local delicacies, but also thoughtfully reminded us of nighttime safety precautions. Her attentiveness and thoughtfulness throughout made us feel incredibly safe! The homestay environment was also superb. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and the most pleasant surprise was the provision of disposable bath towels – clean, hygienic, and convenient, eliminating any hygiene concerns. The location was also incredibly convenient, very close to Taishan Station, with plenty of snacks and convenience stores nearby. I felt completely at home here, and I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Taishan. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Service attitude is very good 👍. It's a bit hot these days, and the toilet on the second floor is a bit reminiscent. Breakfast is too simple, millet porridge, pickles and eggs, the staple food is fried dough sticks and small steamed buns. Not friendly to people with abnormal blood sugar. The parking lot is very large and it is very convenient to go to the scenic spot. If you want to eat in the store at noon and evening, just tell the master, the price is close to the people.

Large, functionally equipped, clean room, spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet could use more frequent refills. Communication in English was almost impossible, but we managed. It was difficult to find something to eat nearby in the evening, which, of course, isn't the hotel's fault.

I chose this hotel for its affordable price and close proximity to Mount Tai Shan, and it completely delivered. The room had everything I needed, and the bed offered a stunning view of the mountains and the city below. Getting to the mountain was easy—just a short taxi or bus ride away. The area around the hotel is convenient, with a small shop and a few cafes within walking distance. A large shopping mall and supermarket are also just 3-4 bus stops away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tai An!

Before the festival, I booked a bed and breakfast to climb Mount Tai. The overall experience was great. The location of the B&B is very convenient. It is very close to Mount Tai and Dai Temple. The environment at the foot of the mountain is also very good. The owner of the B&B was very enthusiastic. He even reminded my friends to keep their voices down for fear of being noisy during dinner at night, and gave suggestions on how to climb Mount Tai. He was very warm and considerate. The bedding on the bed looked rather yellowish. The cleanliness didn't meet my expectations, perhaps because my expectations were higher due to the recommendations. I stayed in a double room, which was quite small—even smaller than the twin room. Aside from a narrow table for the TV, the usable space was very limited. It's about a 15-minute walk from the red gate of the scenic area, which feels relatively remote. If you have large luggage, there's no transportation available for this section; you'll have to take a taxi or walk. Although it's located in a village, the overall environment is very quiet.
