"The overall decor and layout are pretty standard for a Wanda or R&F hotel, and the location is fantastic, right next to Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. I do want to mention a small incident: When I checked in, my phone was dead, and the front desk asked for a deposit. I explained I couldn't pay it at that moment and asked if it could be waived, as many hotels nowadays don't require a deposit. I understand hotel procedures, but the front desk agent suggested I could just remove all the consumables from the room instead! Honestly, many hotels offer complimentary minibars, and often even if you drink something, they don't charge you for it. So, in all my years of staying in hotels, I've never encountered such a request! About an hour later, I went downstairs and paid the 500 deposit. But what really made me want to bring this up in my review is that when I felt unwell in the early hours and wanted a carbonated drink, I opened the minibar only to find just two free bottles of water, despite a drink price list clearly being on the table! I was too tired and uncomfortable to specifically call for a drink to be brought to the room then. When I checked out, the front desk confirmed that rooms on the 27th floor don't have minibar drinks. Okay, so two points: 1. If I was intentionally placed on a floor without minibar drinks because I initially didn't pay a deposit, I find that practice very confusing and unsettling. And if that's the case, shouldn't they have restocked it after I paid the deposit? 2. If it was an unintentional arrangement, then why does the hotel have specific floors without minibars? Is that fair treatment? This one issue really soured my experience, preventing me from giving a full five-star rating."

"I've stayed in hotels for twenty or thirty years, and this is the first time it felt so much like home. Bringing the whole family to the hotel was exhausting, and I thought check-in would be complicated, but it wasn't. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and patient, even giving us little gifts and fruit. As soon as we entered, the greeter on the right was fantastic; seeing I had elderly folks and kids, he immediately took our luggage, brought it directly to our room, adjusted all the equipment, and then left. I was going to tip him, but a cleaning lady came in to get something, and he just turned and left, so I felt awkward. The next day, we were climbing Mount Tai, and halfway up, I suddenly realized I'd lost my pair of 999 pure gold earrings. I called the hotel's customer service, half-heartedly asking if they found them to contact me, otherwise, no big deal. To my surprise, the hotel staff called in the afternoon saying they'd found them! Five or six staff members, all for a pair of not-so-valuable earrings, turned the entire room upside down multiple times, searching for hours. They found one in the bathroom and another under the bed. I am truly grateful. Although it's a small thing, it made me feel that the environment and human quality in Tai'an are truly exceptional. I usually dislike visiting Beijing and Shanghai the most, so I never expected the service quality at this hotel to be so good, and it's not because the earrings were less than a gram and not worth much. After descending the mountain in the afternoon, my legs were giving out, and I was in a hurry. My sister went to retrieve the car from the parking space, so I didn't even get a chance to properly thank these staff members. I can only express my gratitude through this review. You all worked hard, thank you! Thank you all so much for leaving me with such wonderful memories in Tai'an, making me want to come back again. Thank you, everyone, for your hard work! 🙏"

The decoration of the rooms is based on a new Chinese style, and some guest rooms are equipped with intelligent control systems. There are 18 large, medium, and small conference rooms. Among them, the hotel's conference hall "Baosheng Hall" has a height of 9 meters and an indoor area of 1,600 square meters, which can accommodate 2,000 people for meetings or 1,200 people for dining. "They provide disposable bathtub liners and bath salts, as well as laundry detergent. Kids' amenities and fresh fruit were also thoughtfully prepared. There were even dedicated cups for Gong Cha, green tea, and coffee. The service was excellent, and the environment was quiet. It was a perfect, relaxing stay after hiking Mount Tai."

"The hotel's overall decor is luxurious and grand, with a European classical style that feels very warm and comfortable. The service at check-in was excellent; they proactively guided me to my room. However, I was not satisfied with the room facilities. The hand towel by the sink was severely damaged, and there was a chip on the edge of the bathtub, posing a safety hazard. On the other hand, the sleeping area in the room was a very pleasant experience. The bathroom having its own independent air conditioning system is a feature many hotels lack, which was a nice touch. The breakfast experience was particularly bad – messy and completely lacking in management and service. In terms of decor and luxury, the hotel certainly meets five-star standards. However, in terms of management and service, it falls short of even mid-range chain hotels."

"The location is great, just a ten-minute drive from Tai'an Station. There's a shopping mall and an old street right next to the hotel with plenty of restaurants and snack options. The staff at the hotel lobby were very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. The breakfast was rich and varied. I was also able to store my luggage while hiking Mount Tai and pick it up after I was done. Everything was perfect except for one thing: there's always a truck parked in front of the hotel entrance, making it impossible for ride-sharing services with luggage to pull up directly to the door. Guests have to get out nearby and drag their luggage in themselves, which was the case both when I arrived and when I left. It seems like this truck is permanently parked there. I don't understand why the hotel entrance, designed for guests with luggage, isn't kept clear for easy drop-off and pick-up. I'm docking one point for this and hope the hotel can improve it! Otherwise, the hotel is really great and I highly recommend staying here!"

"This was my first time staying at a Blue Sea hotel, and overall, the service was truly outstanding. The hotel butler proactively communicated with us about our needs, and all our check-in requests were fulfilled. The hotel boasts an excellent location. Three panoramic elevators offer stunning full mountain views, and thanks to the hotel's elevated position, rooms also provide sweeping city views. The beds were clean and tidy, and the mattresses were just right – perfectly balanced in firmness. Bathtubs and a swimming pool are standard amenities, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. As I had a busy schedule, I was also able to arrange a late check-out. Before I left, they even offered complimentary water and snacks. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would like to express my gratitude to all the service staff, especially the front desk team and the butler."

"The Radisson Blu Tai'an Taishan is in the same complex of the Hampton-Hilton hotel. It is centrally located and is less than 8 minutes ride from the Taian Railway station. Its about 30 to 40 minutes ride from the main entrance to Mt.Tai. There are many street eateries/restaurants across the street from the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The lobby always has free drinks and fruits available. The staffs are friendly and always ready to help. Washer and dryer are available on the 4th floor for guests to use free of charges. The breakfast is average with many choices. I will stay here again when I visit Mt.Tai in the near future."

"This five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation – the facilities are top-notch, and the decor creates a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. The overall environment is beautiful, with spacious grounds and excellent views. The bath towels and slippers come individually sealed after sterilization, which is a reassuring touch. The sheets and duvet covers are also very clean, and the overall atmosphere is quiet, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The room also features a small balcony, though the view is a bit diminished by some rather sparse tree branches outside. The restaurant's design is lovely, and the breakfast quality is good. However, there are a few areas for improvement: some of the grout in the bathroom tiles was a bit yellowed, suggesting a need for more attention to daily cleaning details; also, a higher-quality hairdryer would be a welcome upgrade. Still, for the Chinese New Year period, this hotel offers excellent value for money."

"When checking in and out, the security guy was very considerate and helped with the luggage. Xiaotong at the front desk was very enthusiastic. It can be seen that the hotel is well managed. Every employee has a smile on his face. The hotel facilities are also very complete and advanced. The smart devices in the room are easy to use, the TV has clear picture quality, the air conditioning has a good cooling effect, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there are high-quality toiletries, which make people very comfortable."
