GGuest UserWhen checking in and out, the security guy was very considerate and helped with the luggage. Xiaotong at the front desk was very enthusiastic. It can be seen that the hotel is well managed. Every employee has a smile on his face. The hotel facilities are also very complete and advanced. The smart devices in the room are easy to use, the TV has clear picture quality, the air conditioning has a good cooling effect, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there are high-quality toiletries, which make people very comfortable.

GGuest UserStaying here over the Chinese New Year was a warm and pleasant experience, all thanks to He Wenzhen at the Tai'an Lan Hai Yu Hua front desk. She truly looked after every guest with thoughtful service, like reminding us daily about meal times and proactively helping us with a late check-out. Her meticulous care and patience made our trip so much more comfortable and worry-free.
