GGuest UserWhen checking in and out, the security guy was very considerate and helped with the luggage. Xiaotong at the front desk was very enthusiastic. It can be seen that the hotel is well managed. Every employee has a smile on his face. The hotel facilities are also very complete and advanced. The smart devices in the room are easy to use, the TV has clear picture quality, the air conditioning has a good cooling effect, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there are high-quality toiletries, which make people very comfortable.

NNanxiheyouliThis was my first time staying at a Blue Sea hotel, and overall, the service was truly outstanding. The hotel butler proactively communicated with us about our needs, and all our check-in requests were fulfilled.
The hotel boasts an excellent location. Three panoramic elevators offer stunning full mountain views, and thanks to the hotel's elevated position, rooms also provide sweeping city views.
The beds were clean and tidy, and the mattresses were just right – perfectly balanced in firmness. Bathtubs and a swimming pool are standard amenities, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.
As I had a busy schedule, I was also able to arrange a late check-out. Before I left, they even offered complimentary water and snacks. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would like to express my gratitude to all the service staff, especially the front desk team and the butler.
