The stay experience was excellent. The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway and attractions, convenient to travel; the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and well maintained, and the bedding is comfortable. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, responsive, and the details are intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, the Chinese and Western styles are reasonable and the taste is good. The overall cost performance is high, the service and hardware are beyond expectations, it is highly recommended for business and leisure travelers, and will choose again next time on business or travel.

My mother and I traveled during the off-season, and this was our first time booking this hotel. It's easily accessible by taxi or bus from Taohuayu in Taishan, making it very convenient. The hotel provided a complimentary buffet breakfast and upgraded our room for free. Our original room didn't have a bathtub, but they upgraded us to one with one, complete with disposable bath liners – very convenient! After two tiring days of sightseeing in Taishan, a soak here was incredibly relaxing. Facilities: It's a villa area with a predominantly Chinese-style interior. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. There's a smart toilet (so your bottom won't be cold in winter), a shower with a seat (so you can sit while showering if you're tired), a non-slip mat that adheres to the floor (very safe!), and a foot bath – perfect for relieving sore feet after a long day of sightseeing. Cleanliness: Very clean, and all disposable items were packaged and sterilized, which was very reassuring. Environment: Very close to Taohuayu and Tianping Lake. The buffet was also delicious, with a wide variety of dishes, and the food was excellent. My mother was extremely satisfied. This was a wonderfully surprising experience, and we will definitely book with this company again when my parents go on vacation together.

When checking in and out, the security guy was very considerate and helped with the luggage. Xiaotong at the front desk was very enthusiastic. It can be seen that the hotel is well managed. Every employee has a smile on his face. The hotel facilities are also very complete and advanced. The smart devices in the room are easy to use, the TV has clear picture quality, the air conditioning has a good cooling effect, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there are high-quality toiletries, which make people very comfortable.
