IIlhamThe facilities are good, at this price you can also get breakfast directly, close to the hour, you can go around in the city center, the waiters are friendly, but it's a pity because the old building is so how the decoration is.. Over all it's good

AAnonymous UserThe room condition is not so satisfying. Their toilet got bad leaking problem. My room gets banjir 😅 But because their staff service are exceptional , so my stay here was good. Their breakfast also very nice. I miss their breakfast already.

SSischoCuma sedikit dikasih masukan untuk victoria cafe yg join di aplikasi tdk ngecek baik2 siapa yg menginap, kejadian ini sudah ke dua kalinya sy alami, sy nginap sini dari baru buka smpai tahun 2023 suka nginap disini krn kenyamanan, tp yg buat sy g nyaman pelayanan pesanan lwt aplikasi kmr yg sy pesan sdh ada org lain yg mesan itupun lwt bookingan lgsg ke villa victoria kafe dan klu sempat sy tdk mendapatkan kamar sy sangat2 dirugikan pihak villa, sebab sy bayar full di aplikasi, voucher terbit dan nama yg nginap tdk ada di list, ternyata setelah di cek sy secara tdk sengaja menemukan nama pesanan sy ada dlm email, tentu sy g terima dong ya, krn dlu jg gitu uang sy dikembalikan krn double pesanan aplikasi dan bookingan lgsg, dan kejadian lg des 2023 bookingan sy tdk ada solusi awalnya dan refund uangpun dr pihak villa tdk ada, krn sy liat ada nama pesanan sy lgsg sy blg itu ada, barulah karyawan villa tdk bs mengelak, tlg dicek berkala y pihak manager villa victoria kafe lain kali mohon teliti agar tdk ada kerugian utk pemesanan selanjutnya, villa strategis pelayanan jg hrs bagus rattingnya 👌, pelayanan karyawan bgs, cm kurang teliti

GGuest UserGreat location, central in Bukittinggi! Room was not very clean but okay for us. We slept next to the reception where they smoked, so our room smelled like cigarettes the whole time (which was not very pleasant).

HHONG LIANRoom a bit old need to upkeep. There are many small cockroaches in all our rooms. Bedsheet, pillowcases & towels are yellowish in color.

GGuest UserWho has a homestay can't say good, the tone is really high wkwkwk, recently I was a customer but was stunned, although the position is annoyed, the room is still empty when the application, but there is a stuck, even if I paid, the refund money can't 🤣🤣🤣
