GGuest UserDengan harga yang lumayan murah, hotel seperti itu termasuk bagus dan sangat bersih, pelayanan kepada tamu juga ramah. Ketika itu kami merupakan rombongan keluarga yang didamnya terdapat orang tua, jadi karena kamar nya terletak di lantai atas, jadi sangat capek jika harus naik turun.

AAnonymous UserThe room condition is not so satisfying. Their toilet got bad leaking problem. My room gets banjir 😅 But because their staff service are exceptional , so my stay here was good. Their breakfast also very nice. I miss their breakfast already.

GGuest UserGreat location, central in Bukittinggi! Room was not very clean but okay for us. We slept next to the reception where they smoked, so our room smelled like cigarettes the whole time (which was not very pleasant).

HHONG LIANRoom a bit old need to upkeep. There are many small cockroaches in all our rooms. Bedsheet, pillowcases & towels are yellowish in color.
