Service from staff so Good. Food so Good for breakfast, many varities food. The room for twin bed good but the toilet is smelly. The distance from hotel to Jam Gadang so near.

Really like the ambiance, location, fluffy bed including the additional bed thick and fluffy bed. I will come back here because the convenience and comfortable. Maybe hotel need to upgrade the curtain, wash the sofa a bit and maintenance the wall. The small improvement need to do the rest all excellent for me.

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the centre and there are shops around. The room is located on the lower floor of a house so it has kitchen, two bathrooms, living room and dining room. The room is two big beds. There are mosquitoes. The hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable.

Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat dg ATM, lokasi kuliner dan supermarket. Pengalaman pertama menginap di hotel yg kamar mandinya ada 2 dalam 1 kamar 😁 Sedikit saran mohon diperbaiki rasa masakannya karena keasinan dan menunya lebih divariasikan

Big room with balcony. Great staff. 24hrs room service. Only is the toilet is not clean. Theres a mold. & look old. But the room is nice. The bed is soft. Sleep well. U can ask the reception to book for a body massage at all times. The breakfast was great with full of local food. Night time they have a live band which u can sing along or just request any songs. The restaurant served delicious food. Its not expensive. Location only 5mins walk to Ramayana & Jam Gadang.

The hotel is located right in the city center. Initially, I was given a room without an opening window. I asked for a different room, and they provided a new one the next day. However, I regretted the change. The window was poorly insulated, and I could hear all the street noise. The room had all the essentials. The breakfast wasn't really suitable for foreign tourists – it was local, spicy cuisine with no meat. I had to specifically ask for eggs without chili.

Right in front of Gadang Clock, you can just walk to shop and wash your eyes in that area, the room is ok, there is a pool, breakfast is just average

Great location, central in Bukittinggi! Room was not very clean but okay for us. We slept next to the reception where they smoked, so our room smelled like cigarettes the whole time (which was not very pleasant).

Strategic location about 700 meters from the clock gagang. For the price not expensive, the equipment is pretty okay. Coffee, tea, mineral water are available. The room is quite clean although the bathroom has cracked parts in the sink and bathtub. Aircond is cold, hot water is very ok. The disadvantage on the tv channel is that it is very difficult to connect the internet to be able to watch. Breakfast is all choices from bread to rice, but the amount is not much. It feels surprisingly very okay for the size of a simple hotel that I didn't expect much. The drink options are also juice, white water, tea and coffee are also available. Market snacks, bread, porridge, lontongs, rice, noodles, sausages are also available. Breakfast is on the rooftop with a pretty beautiful view. Recommended for low budget but want to enjoy the holiday without complaints.
