"The hotel is located right in the city center. Initially, I was given a room without an opening window. I asked for a different room, and they provided a new one the next day. However, I regretted the change. The window was poorly insulated, and I could hear all the street noise. The room had all the essentials. The breakfast wasn't really suitable for foreign tourists – it was local, spicy cuisine with no meat. I had to specifically ask for eggs without chili."

"Upon entering the rooms I found used cotton buds , Rooms was unbearable dirty, smelly ,dusty and leaking immediately I got cough and asthma attack. They changed me to a different room but the condition more and less are the same, again they going to change to another room but I refused I told them to clean the room properly, finally the room are tolerable but still need improvement. The management send me an apology card but I don’t enjoy my holiday because oh my sickness ."

"When were there, it was almost empty and we felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Breakfast buffet was limited to small choice. Twin room was quite spacious. It was pretty clean and well maintained. For a 3-star, they supplied with soap, shampoo and even dental brush kit. The staff was helpful to lend us a mobile charger adapter. Location is close to main amenities in the city. "

"Not as I expected as 5star hotel n resort. My room has big fungi spot at d wall really not nice to see. There were not sleepers, laundry bag, floor towel,hand towels, I have to call the hotel than they delivered it to me. There were no stationary too. Breakfast just fine with small choices and there were no napkins. They only provide small square n sharing tissue box at the buffet table. Not comfort for me with toddler to go repeatedly to take tissues. The atmosphere was nice and separated with d new building"

"Positive points: The room is spacious. Breakfast was good. Very helpful and kind staff. Location is good, many places to eat around and easy to move on foot. The hotel is old and not well maintained! I have checked 4 different room, to select one at least without fungus on the wall and humidity smell. There was a balcony, but the lock is broken, impossible to open the door. Constant leaks in the bathroom from shower and toilet, so there is always a wet floor. Zero soundproof, so you hear everything… I would suggest the owner of this hotel to spend a night in each room himself…to see what’s that! For 22 euro per night single room you definitely expect something better."
