"Found this property while navigating google maps on terrain setting. They're difficult to reach (a disclaimer that doesn't get shared while booking, although the property offers a pick up from the base of the hill, until a point your taxi can reach. Call them first, as google routes will take you to the wrong location. The positive of this makes them placed in a pristine area with very good views of the mountain peaks, but also makes them quite further away from the main market, restaurants, facilities and activities. If you want silence and a pristine space, they're your place to be. If you want to access good food and the hustle bustle, you can take a lovely long walk through the forest, across the river and reach the pahalgam main road to access those services. The food was underwhelming. I would be hesitant to bring parents and anyone slightly older as the terrain is tough. The place is more suited for younger, able-bodied people and those happy to walk for a couple of kilometres up and down the mountain. Generally speaking, i had a good experience and would likely come here again."
