One of the best hotel that fits for families and dont want to buy expensive food from outside, coz villa Pamana Inn hotel allows you to cook to enjoy a meal with your family, very accommodating staff 10/10,very clean rooms and their pool was well maintained, decided to extend 1more night to stay.Kudos to the handa on owner👏👏👏
This hotel complex has the best location on the beach as there’s a good view of the bay and it’s possible to sleep because here you are away from the noise of the bars. Set in lovely gardens and the pool looked basic but okay although I didn’t use it.
Kim the receptionist/sort everything person was amazing. He organised trips, ferry tickets and transport around the resort, very much appreciated.
Overall, I wouldn’t choose this complex again because the facilities are poor. The room, although called deluxe was far from it. I would describe it as shabby and in need of renovation. Although it was clean, it didn’t feel so because it was so tatty, particularly the furniture. The bed was comfortable though. The shower was horrible, it was barely lukewarm and hardly any water came from the showerhead which was in desperate need of replacing along with the whole system . There were no facilities of use in the room like an iron or hairdryer just a fridge that remained empty. The air-conditioning was extremely noisy and old, although it did keep the room relatively cool.
Breakfast was also disappointing, particularly the continental. Two bits of semi stale toast and a little bit of butter and jam with two fried eggs. The Filipino choice was a bit better. But honestly, id give it a miss The worst part was it was far too expensive in comparison with my other stays in many hotels across Asia. Not even worth half of what I paid.
Overall, I had a great stay at Mendelluke Suites. The location is excellent, convenient and accessible to nearby attractions and establishments. The attic room was especially nice, with a cozy and unique atmosphere that made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.
The whole store is very enthusiastic. If I live on the fourth floor and close the airtight window of the toilet, and then close the toilet door, I am basically not affected by the music of the bar street behind.
The food on the second floor is delicious, but pay attention to the Philippines' portions are all oversized 😹
We had a frustrating experience with our booking here. We showed up with a confirmed reservation through Trip.com, but the hotel was fully booked and claimed they were never advised of our stay. We had to spend our first day being transferred to another property, and ultimately felt like we didn't get the room we originally paid for. The only saving grace was the staff—they were very kind, polite, and did their best to help us under the circumstances. Lovely team, but the booking management system needs serious fixing.
This place is the nearest to Calapan Convention. Good enough for sleeping with 2 Double Beds and a small dining area. Has smart tv so watching on Netflix or others is possible. Ms Chacha at the frontdesk is easy to talk to and very accommodating.
