GGuest UserTSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river.
Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent.
Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.
MM425300****The B&B experience was fantastic! The owner was incredibly warm and attentive, patiently guiding us through check-in and offering great tips for local attractions. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and every detail showed thoughtful care. It completely exceeded our expectations! I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose this place again on my next visit.
GGuest UserBeautiful room with a lovely spacious bathroom as well! It was located within walking distance from the Zilicun Diaolou. The service was fantastic, as one of the owners helped me to find a hidden village that was not even on Baidu maps! I really appreciated that effort, so would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the Kaiping countryside.
AAnonymous UserThe place is relatively remote, the road is only big enough for one car to pass, but the countryside scenery along the way is very nice;
The house is relatively old and does have a sense of history, but the facilities and equipment should be appropriately updated and upgraded, such as toilets and shower rooms;
The hotel service is still very good. The management staff are very enthusiastic and patient. They recommend us fun, delicious and local characteristics.
The price is generally a bit expensive, it depends on what your needs are.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the business district, making it easy to get around, shop, and dine. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable layout, soft bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, responding promptly to all requests. The facilities are comprehensive and practical. Overall, it's a cozy and comfortable stay with great value for money.
CcivillawliThe room was clean and tidy. The air conditioner was turned on in advance, and it felt cool and comfortable as soon as I entered. There is a big yellow orchid tree in the yard, and the flowers are fragrant. The view is the green fields, which is pleasing to the eye.
The restaurant's food tastes good, but the reception capacity needs to be improved during holidays. It is a bit busy to handle too many people.
GGuest UserThe transportation and parking are very convenient, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Upon check-in, you get a complimentary cup of coffee. The breakfast is abundant and meets basic needs. There are convenient charging stations nearby, and the price is very affordable, starting from just 0.41 yuan. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserI booked a room with a tatami mat and used my Trip.com points for an upgrade. Upon arrival, the front desk upgraded me to a family suite, also with a tatami mat – excellent! There were a lot of New Year decorations in the public areas. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the taste was good and it was well worth the price. The hotel's free guest-only parking lot is spacious and conveniently located indoors on the first floor.
My booking included freshly ground espresso: I could choose any coffee or other beverage from the menu.
AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and tidy, the manager provided excellent service, and they brought us anything we needed. It's also quite close to the ancient town.
GGuest UserThe room Trip.com is marked 55 square meters. If you live on the spot, you will know that the room is only 20 square meters. The table is small enough to put a dressing bag and charger. There is no place to start. When the room is checked in, there is still a stall of water on the ground. It is also understandable that the last guest may check out late but the key is as a homestay. The service is completely cold. I asked a wifi password. I asked me to find it on the table. I looked it a few times and still didn’t find it. After all, tourists are tired. I want to rest early and tell a password. Is it so difficult? So finally, I’m playing hide and seek. It’s quite positive to urge to check out. There are almost no guests upstairs and downstairs on Monday. My train at 2:30 in the afternoon departs at 1:30. As for 12:30, I urge it. If it’s a busy weekend, I can fully understand. After all, the guests may be waiting, but this person is not shadowed. Also urged people to leave. . . There is no enthusiasm for the service that the homestay should have.
