"The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. Every day, they delivered milk to our room along with some excellent hotel specialties. The facilities were comprehensive, and the environment was clean. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants were delicious. The price was fair. Top-notch! Highly recommend."

"Beyond the spacious and clean room, there wasn't much else that stood out. It felt a bit like a converted dorm, which actually gave it a lived-in, comfortable vibe that I personally enjoyed. **Facilities:** There are many performances, if you want to see them all, you'll need a full day... The scenery is beautiful, and you can take photos during intermission. But this requires more time, so it's best to plan ahead! I only managed to catch one show (it was excellent, but I arrived late and ran out of time 😂). **Hygiene:** Clean. **Environment:** The surroundings are beautiful and pleasant. I arrived quite late (after 4 PM) and left early, so it wasn't crowded. **Service:** The staff (both the ladies and gentlemen) were all very helpful and answered all my questions! **Dinner** was good (generous portions, couldn't finish it all)... **Breakfast** wasn't particularly special."

"This hotel is located within the scenic area and includes two adult tickets, allowing unlimited re-entry for two days using facial recognition, although we didn't actually leave. The snack street offers a variety of local specialties; I highly recommend the 'Niupi' (spicy beef skin), which I enjoyed twice on the same day. The ancient town renovation is quite well done, and the performances all have distinct themes. For our next stay, I'd choose a family room as they offer better layouts and locations."

"1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk team was extremely friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. They were very proactive in solving any issues that came up, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. "Enjoyed my stay (2 nights). Rented a bicycle and went to several of the small villages nearby. The room is modern and large. Free of mosquitos. The bed was also comfy to sleep, with the sounds of the frogs in the rice fields. Plenty of eating options and small supermarkets in walking distance. I’d return if I ever visit the area again. Highly recommended."

"This was the worst experience this year. I was looking forward to a pleasant trip, but the room issues completely ruined it. Luckily, I checked in on a Sunday; it would have been an even worse deal if I'd paid over 600 more for a Saturday stay. When I inquired about tour facilities, the staff member offered a discount but said the condition was a 5-star review, which was really poorly phrased. It would have been so different if they had said, ”Hello, customer! We can offer you a discount on tickets if you stay with us. If you feel our service and environment are excellent in the end, would you consider leaving us a 5-star review?” Attitude makes all the difference. The customer service staff on WeChat were quite good, but that doesn't excuse the mistakes made by others. Getting the room type wrong twice wasted my time and ruined my mood. The cleaning staff's work was truly subpar. The carpet clearly hadn't been vacuumed, and there was still trash around. Thankfully, not the entire room was carpeted. The windows had no screens, and the balcony door lacked mosquito netting. I initially thought the toilet seat had stains but later realized it was just worn out; it should be replaced to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. The white sofa covers need either a thorough cleaning or replacement due to too many stains. There's no integrated restaurant, which seems unfinished. For breakfast, I had to walk a few minutes to another hotel. The restaurant's cleaning staff was also an issue; tables weren't properly cleaned, and they wouldn't wipe them unless asked. The food selection was mediocre. There was a shuttle service for getting in and out of the old town, and staff helped with luggage upstairs and downstairs. Overall, it was very average, with significant room for improvement."

"Nice modern room with comfortable king bed, sofa, wardrobe and kitchenette. Bathroom was clean and fixtures new. Projector TV and wifi are excellent. There’s a big shopping mall across the street and lots of affordable food options downstairs. Also 7-11 right downstairs. I’d recommend the place to anyone."

"The hotel should be relatively new, the environment is OK, but the lighting in the room is quite dim, which is not friendly to the elderly. The room rate during the May Day holiday is not cheap, the cost-effectiveness is a bit insufficient, and a deposit is required for check-in. Although it is refunded immediately after check-out, it still feels inconvenient."
