GGuest UserThe hotel butler contacted me in advance to inform me of the bed rail I needed, and it was already installed upon arrival—a particularly thick one. I was very satisfied with the room layout; there was a partition between the bed and sofa, so it wouldn't disturb my child's sleep while allowing adults to enjoy the night. The decor was also very new, and the room was spacious. The downsides were a slight smell of paint when I first entered, and mosquitoes at night; my child got bitten all over the face. Breakfast was at the restaurant of the Meitang Hotel across the street, which was just average. Overall, it's worth staying here, and I would choose this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk is very nice. The air-conditioning is cold enough. The place is new enough. It has a terrace and is quiet enough. It will be my first choice for future business trips. I have stayed in Shuikou many times. This one is cheap and of the highest quality. It is worth recommending. I rarely write about it. Evaluation, this is definitely worthy of praise, thank you

The room felt incredibly clean and comfortable the moment we stepped in, instantly allowing us to relax. I especially want to commend the front desk service; they were not only warm and attentive but also proactively upgraded our room type for free, which was a delightful surprise. We had originally booked a package with only one breakfast, but the staff thoughtfully provided an extra one. To receive such personalized service during a peak travel period like May Day is truly exceptional. The front desk also meticulously informed us about the hotel's evening activities, which made us look forward to the rest of our stay even more. Overall, our experience was fantastic; both the facilities and the soft services were commendable. We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance!

GGuest UserFor the two-day trip, there is a swimming pool downstairs for children to play and a rock climbing wall on the second floor. There is also a treadmill for adults to exercise. The parking space is super sufficient. It is recommended to travel by car. Didi taxi is a bit time-consuming. Ten minutes drive to Chikan Ancient Town, six minutes drive to the Yulou community, and the boss of the Yulou ticket is free.
The owner of the hotel has super good service and is very welcoming. The hotel is very clean, the decoration is very simple and atmospheric, the mattress pillows are also super good to sleep, one room and two cards. The surrounding environment opened the window as if to the country farm, very quiet.
Since the next day is Sunday, the breakfast room is open from 8 am to 10 am. Thanks to the boss for the free meal ticket. The restaurant has meat buns, egg yolk buns, shrimp dumplings, white porridge, pho, eggs, sweet potatoes. We went after nine o'clock and some others may not have seen it. The dining environment is very open and clean.

SSeet-HutterThis hotel is a legacy structure that has been lovingly and beautifully restored and renovated, with an emphasis on retaining the original brick and mortar work and a play on textures and surfaces. The traditional courtyards feature water wheels and koi ponds, iinterspersed by potted palms and ferns, and planters/trellises spilling over with bougainvillea. Al fresco seating is dotted around the verandahs and terraces, making for a pleasant quasi outdoor living concept. The rooms however boast the latest high tech gadgets like smart toilets, engendering a seamless fusion of old and new. Public spaces like the lobby lounge and reception, and even the elevators, also attempt to replicate the elegance of the building's vintage and to recapture the vibes of a bygone era which are the signature notes of Kaiping/Chikan's Western-infused architecture. There is also a small museum documenting the region's turbulent history within the hotel's premises.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean, with a good location and decent facilities. However, the breakfast buffet in the morning was disappointing. For a five-star hotel, it was worse than an Atour Hotel, with uncleaned tables and a limited selection. Also, there was no one managing the shuttle bus waiting area at Jinxu Station, and the hotel should provide a sign to guide people on where to queue.
