GGuest UserThe apartment is ideal location and very convenient to access the necessary amenities at surrounding areas. The room is clean and comfortable to stay. Daily service room and the response on the feedback are good. Please keep it up.
Few keys are required the owner to improve as below
1) Balcony door couldn't be closed.
2) The shower head holder couldn't be hold the shower head.
3) The bathroom sink is slightly clogged. The water didn't drain down smoothly.

It wasn't your typical cookie-cutter hotel, and that's exactly what I loved. The peaceful environment was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and providing to-the-point service – no fuss, just what I needed. A huge plus was the hotel's location. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

MMalaysia BCThis hotel's location is about 1km away from Chikan Ancient Town. Can easily walk to the South Entrance. The counter staff is very helpful n helped me to go to Diaolous by public transport. Nearby the hotel is a market where there are many stalls selling the local desserts n food, vegetables, fruits etc
The hotel is undergoing some minor renovation but it didnt affect my stay.

AAnonymous UserThe room is generally very good, no different from large chain fast hotels, with basically all the necessary facilities, and the waiters provided are also good. The lack of dry and wet separation in the bathroom may be the only shortcoming at this price.

GGuest UserIt's pretty good. The morning tea downstairs is super good, cheap and delicious, with authentic Cantonese flavor. I will come here again next time. It's really worth experiencing again. The children also like it very much.

Wwhat#Families, you MUST check out this hotel! The location is superb, really easy to get around, and there's so much good food nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The service was absolutely fantastic – the staff were so warm and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. My stay was amazing, and I'll definitely be back!
