1. Queuing at the hotel check-in counter. At the window near the boarding point, the customer ahead of me had a problem with their booking. Should the issue be escalated to a supervisor so other customers can be processed first? Instead, the staff member just stood there, ignoring the dozen or so customers behind them. There was no explanation (informing them the queue was blocked) and no prompt assistance to resolve the issue. Between 10 and 11 AM, the hotel was packed with check-in guests, yet only three windows were open? After waiting for over twenty minutes with no progress, I had to join another queue. The hotel requires facial recognition for check-in; could this be announced or mentioned at the entrance? A large family sent a representative, only to find out about the facial recognition requirement halfway through the process, requiring them to call someone over, significantly impacting efficiency. 2. Time saved on the journey was wasted on check-in. After arriving at the theater hotel by electric cart, I learned that currently, I could only store my luggage and get a performance reservation code; I wouldn't get my room key until 3 PM. During the Spring Festival, indoor performances could only be booked once a day (one of four options). I already knew this from the WeChat official account beforehand. Before my trip, I read in a travel guide that the hotel front desk could print an extra copy, but when I asked, they coldly said there was only one show per day. Later, I heard that the Jinxu Hotel front desk printed an extra copy for guests checking in at the same time. Is the hotel discriminating against guests and treating them differently based on their status? 3. The soundproofing in the balcony room was mediocre. There was no non-slip mat or shower slippers in the shower room. The queue for the fire show at the scenic area also poses a safety hazard; I hope the management will pay attention to this.

The first time I went to Chikan Ancient Town, I chose this one because other hotels were relatively full. I didn't intend to unlock a very good experience. The hotel is behind the Meilan Hotel, sharing the front desk, and the reception staff is very good. The room was spacious and clean, with 8 bottles of mineral water, and there was no need to buy water when I basically went in. Breakfast was eaten at the Meitang Hotel. The package we bought included dinner at Jinxu Hotel. Special thanks to a manager with glasses in the front hall, very attentive.

The room is in the scenic area, and you can take pictures at night and in the morning to make a first-time profit. The room is a bit small, it is the guest room on the second floor, and the street is outside the window, so the sound insulation is a bit awkward. Since it wasn't a holiday, there weren't many people, making it a quiet and suitable place to bring children. The room was clean, but the price was a bit high.

This hotel, converted from a Diaolou (fortified multi-storey tower house), is very clean and has a great layout! More importantly, the service is excellent. It happened to be raining when we were going out, and the shuttle bus always arrived instantly when called! Because I booked a parent-child hotel, I didn't bring the children's cleaning supplies, but the shower gel shampoo used by the children did not have 🙂↔️. There is no swimming pool in the hotel, no children's playground, and there are more than 1,000 children's tickets for the twin room. There are also many choices in this price scenic area. Later, I asked the cleaning aunt to take that one. The only advantage of the room is probably that the air conditioner is hung up. Since it is not a wind duct, the air conditioner is very good. At 9 o'clock in the evening, I couldn't see the front desk. I checked out at noon and there was a front desk. She also checked in. She asked us to register the license plate number on the paper. The result was that it had not been processed. It was stuck at the exit of the parking lot... And all the phone numbers at the front desk of the hotel next to the gate were there.
