Let me talk about the environment first. The overall decoration of the hotel is very modern and elegant, simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the lighting atmosphere is just right, and there is a feeling of relaxation as soon as you enter the door. The most surprising thing is the intelligent control of the whole house, which can open and close the curtains and adjust the lights with a shout, and even the air conditioner temperature can be voiced.
Besides the service, I feel the enthusiasm from the beginning of the check-in at the front desk, the smile is sincere, the speech is gentle, and there are questions and answers. The cutest thing is the robot to deliver the goods. I ordered the takeaway and sent it directly to the door of the room by the robot. I opened the door and saw it cute and was instantly cured. This contactless delivery is convenient and safe.
In terms of dining, the breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western styles, the freshly cooked noodles are very hot, the coffee is good, and the dining environment is quiet and comfortable.
The overall feeling is that this is a hotel that really understands our travelers. It is smart but not cold, the service is warm but not disturbed, and the details reflect the intentions everywhere. Next time I come to this city, I will choose here and I highly recommend it to my friends!

The child also received a cake on his birthday (the cake was very delicious). GGuest UserWe changed our schedule temporarily and came here because the hot spring hotel was out of rooms. We were given yogurt and small bread when we checked in. The front desk spoke a little stiffly when we checked in. We were a family of three and my grandmother and booked two standard rooms. The front desk kept asking how many people were staying there and emphasized that everyone had to register. We suspected that there were other people... The child accidentally dropped the toothbrush cup, so we specifically told the front desk about it when we checked out. The front desk immediately asked on the intercom to check the room... They didn't directly mention compensation, and ignored us, as if they had to check to see if there was anything else, which made us feel uncomfortable... But a manager came right away and said that it was not necessary, and gave the child a lollipop, which made us feel much better. The breakfast was not bad, but I suggested that the rice could be heated up a little more and the bread slices should be served with butter. Overall it was good and it was convenient to go to Europa Castle.
