這次入住真的被酒店前台的服務暖到了！剛到酒店時已經是晚上十點多，旅途奔波特別疲憊，沒想到前台姐姐全程笑容滿面，辦理入住的速度超快，還耐心地幫我們核對訊息、講解入住須知，連電梯位置、周邊便利店的位置都一一細緻告知，完全沒有因為深夜而有絲毫敷衍。入住期間臨時想多要一套洗漱用品，打電話過去後，前台很快就安排工作人員送了過來，特別貼心。第二天退房時，不小心把小物件落在房間，前台發現後第一時間聯繫我們，幫忙妥善保管，讓我們少跑了很多冤枉路。全程感受到的都是專業、熱情又細緻的服務，不管是諮詢問題還是提出需求，都能得到及時且滿意的迴應，這樣的服務真的太加分了！衝著前台的優質服務，下次來還選這家酒店，也會推薦給身邊的朋友～
