GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was absolutely blown away – it completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I entered, I felt the meticulous attention to detail. The smart home system was incredibly convenient, allowing for easy control of the lights and curtains, making for a fantastic experience. The room was exceptionally well-equipped with USB ports, a makeup mirror, a laundry basket, and even conditioner – they thoughtfully provided small touches. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, with just the right firmness; I didn't want to get up and slept soundly. The hairdryer was powerful and easy to use, the smart toilet was clean and luxurious, and the bath towels and hand towels were thick, soft, and of high quality – very comfortable and reassuring to use. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and patient, making me feel very welcome. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the taste was fantastic – I was very satisfied. The overall environment was clean and tidy, the facilities were new, and the experience was excellent. Both the hardware and service were on par with Atour Hotel. My first stay was a complete success; it's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserEverything excellent about the hotel other than too much solicitation from fitness factory sales reps. The rooms are very specious and clean. Very nice and modern rooms. Breakfast is excellent with abundant choices. Quiet. Fitness equipment everywhere. Right across the only shopping mall in the town, hence convenient. Most important the receptionists are very helpful and confident. Definitely 5 stars.

HHu.laoshi24 years of Spring Festival self-driving tour from the south back to the northeast, the last night of stay, left a very good impression. This year, I went to the southern city by car again. I chose this place for the first night. It still feels so intimate. Especially the location is very convenient, a few minutes from the high-speed port, it is very suitable for driving to settle in, a very recommended accommodation hotel.

GGuest UserI came to Qihe on a business trip and saw Xi'an Hotel. It was amazing. Whether it was service or health, it was five-star praise. The transportation was convenient and the parking was very convenient. The self-service laundry room was too friendly to our business people. The breakfast category was also richer. It was highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe health services are very good and parking is very convenient. There is nothing wrong with the hotel except that the facilities are a bit old. The room is quite spacious and the bedding is quite comfortable. Go to the Ancient Canal Park to see the night view. It is very convenient to walk back. The night view is beautiful and it is a popular spot for internet celebrities to check in.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel a few years ago and felt that the environment was good and the parking lot was large. I passed by during the Spring Festival this time and chose to stay at this hotel again. The downside is that the facilities are a bit old and the hygiene is not satisfactory.

ZZiboFamilyVery clean. Staff were nice. The only pool that had water was the ~1.5m pool, but it’s location was perfect (shaded) for afternoon swims. Pool has floodlights to allow for night swimming, as well, which is nice. Kids enjoyed the indoor children’s soft play area. Location is pretty far from major urban areas, but this is to be expected for a country club; there are shops within walking distance to purchase food / snacks (also a shop inside the hotel). Rooms were clean, nice balcony. Our family had a nice time.
