Property is good .. but staff seams annoyed because we didn’t know how speed there language and they don’t know English themself.

Let me talk about the advantages: the hotel is newly opened, the room is very new when it is opened, it makes people feel comfortable, the location is easy to find, and overall it is very clean. Let me talk about the shortcomings: the bed is extremely hard when I sleep on it. It is truly the hardest bed I have ever slept on, but my whole body aches from sleeping on it. The toilet smells like sewers and the exhaust pipes are not very good. Although there are windows, they cannot be opened and the whole room is very stuffy.

I chose ”Nihao Hotel” when I came to Leling on a business trip. It was really worth the money. Manager Zhang of the hotel has high professional quality, is sincere in treating people, and has a strong sense of service. He must give it a thumbs up. The lady at the front desk also upgraded my room for free. Her attitude was gentle and patient, which was great. The hotel is clean and tidy, has good sound insulation, and has an excellent location. There are free parking spaces at the door. Full marks for the overall experience! !

I like the room which is so comfort and clean. The room was also ready with humidifier, it's really good especially at the cold weather which the humidity is low. 😉

I decided to stop by for a night on a whim and found a great value hotel. Cleanliness was paramount! It was visibly clean and thoroughly disinfected, and peace of mind was paramount! The smart butler service allows for voice control of the entire room. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. Unlike other hotels where the pillows are missing, I didn't take any photos, but the actual view is definitely much better than the hotel photos.

Excellent location, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The hotel has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with thoughtful attention to detail. The hygiene, service, and facilities were all top-notch, making for a very pleasant stay.

The check-in and check-out procedures were very efficient and there was no delay throughout the process. The room cleaning is meticulously done, and the daily needs are called to the front desk. The response speed is very fast and the problem can be properly solved. Travel inquiries, luggage storage and other extra services are also intimate and thoughtful, treat people with courtesy and proportionality, high-quality service greatly improves the goodwill of staying, and will give priority to this next trip.
