For divers and night life lover, I strongly not recommended this hotel as it’s way much much inconvenient then your imagination. For friendly service, this hotel owns by a worst mean manager, what you expecting?"

"This hotel is very new and somewhat inconvenient. It is high on a hill which was not very accessible by walking as major roadworks complicated the route and also slowed traffic up and down. While only 10 minutes away from the main Sabang area (climbing down), the climb up made it unpleasant and inconvenient either on foot or in a vehicle. The room was simple with limited facilities (no fridge or TV) and not competitively priced compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was spam and rice. The pool area was unwelcoming (exposed and bare of furniture). Service and support is pleasant but minimal. The place was empty and a little sad when we stayed (even though the town was busy). We were quite glad to leave. I think the place needs development and is a work in progress and when ready, it might be nice, but not yet."

"El Galleon is probably the best diving experience I have ever had. The diving is INCREDIBLE, with up to 5 days per day! The staff, from the divemasters to the restaurant staff to the folks who take care of your rooms are excellent. Great diving, comfortable beds and rooms, and also, GREAT FOOD! We spent six days in June, which is the offseason, and the way to go. A lot of our dives were just the three of us because of the season. The staff even took JUST ONE of us for a couple of night dives! Yet despite the offseason the waters are smooth, warm with great visibility. Each dive includes a divemaster who maximizes your bottom times (50-60 minutes are average) and shows you all the sights. TONS of fish, and the widest assortment of hard and soft corals and anemones you are ever likely to see. DIve sites are only minutes from the resort, with enough surface interval time back at the resort between dives so you never need a deco stop. Dollar for dollar probably the best value anywhere in the world. You've got to try this place! A reasonably short van ride from the Manila airport to the resort. You can dive the same day you arrive. Don't miss out!"

Loved: – Absolute beachfront on White Beach – one of Puerto Galera’s most stunning spots – Breathtaking ocean view from my room – Working AC and ceiling fan (big plus in tropical heat) – Staff helped with luggage on arrival – Quiet stretch of beach, yet restaurants within walking distance Could improve: – Room felt tight for two, despite “King” bed listing – Cleanliness needs serious attention (hair, dust, unsteady housekeeping) – No in-house breakfast or dining – makes it feel more like an Airbnb – No small comforts (soap, conditioner, extra towels) – Noise travels easily through walls – bring earplugs – After storms, beach cleanup could be more proactive to keep the vibe serene ✨ Final note: This place is for those who prioritize location over everything else. If you seek retreat-level service or energy, keep looking. "When I checked in, I didn't know that there was no hair dryer and I had to ask the front desk for one. However, the front desk closed at 5 pm. As a result, I couldn't dry my hair on the first day of check-in. The balcony of the room is very close to the shopping street, so it can be a bit noisy at night. The housekeeping service needs to be improved. I feel that only the bed sheets and garbage bags are changed. The bathroom could be cleaned a little better."

"The front desk is on the third floor of the same building as the erotic gogo near the main story of Sabang Beach. There is a 7/11 for shopping and a laundry shop about a 5-minute walk away. If you drop it off in the morning, it will be ready by the evening. It costs 300 yen for a two-seater tricycle from the port, and 400 yen for a four-seater tricycle on the way back! The restaurant is currently closed. I bought groceries at 7/11 and ate in my room. Two bottles of water are provided free of charge every day, and you can get free water at the front desk, which was very helpful. There was a screen on the balcony. The soap doesn't lather well. It's a shame that there is no pool."

"This is a wonderful place to stay! Amy and Pedro are such friendly hosts, and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. We stayed in one of the "villa" rooms, which gave us extra space to relax, and the private patio had a lovely view. They will help arrange transportation to the resort from Manila, if needed, which in our case made things much easier. The diving is great - ask about the coral trees project! - and I can also recommend the food at their restaurant. The baked goods are especially delicious. It really felt like a home away from home. Hope we can return soon."

"I made a reservation for a penthouse The advantage is that there are so many auxiliary facilities and delicious restaurant bars And the room is clean. Soap towels are all basic supplies, and even the refrigerator, microwave, TV, sofa, large bedroom is so good and Other resorts have weak water pressure in the shower I like this place because the water pressure is strong even when I take a shower so and The hotel receptionists, Maybelle & Charlene, were so kind and especially the bespectacled maybelle was so beautiful that I even thought about getting married (haha) The downside is that it's a beautiful resort with more advantages except that it's hard to go up once on the top floor."
